I stayed two nights at this hotel with my mum. We struggled to find it a little bit and were a bit dubious about the area, which to be fair, has seen better days - quite downbeat and rundown. However, as we stepped into the hotel, we were met with cool, clean and comfortable. The two people greeting us were... more

On the (small) plus side: central, 2 out of 3 reception staff were sweet, good-sized room. BUT who cared, when I had about 2 hours sleep due to unbearable noise levels every night? By far the noisiest hotel I have EVER stayed in, including much cheaper and cooler ones - absolutely no sound proofing at all, so you hear every... more

we stayed for one night to go and see a band at the Echo arena, hotel was very modern, staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very quirky feel and a lot of thought has been put into the style of the rooms/bar etc etc. Our room was very large with very comfortable beds and everything you need.... more

Nice room, large, well equipped and a nice change to some boring all the same look and feel "big brands". Good value at 69 pounds a night, and mini bar priced ok water a pound etc. On the ground floor was a buzy bar with a live jazz band, so a fun spot. 10 minutes walk to the center (radio... more

I loved this place. It is one of the best places that I have stayed in. The rooms are clean, stylish, huge and fully equipped. The mini bar is very reasonably priced -champagne for £35. One does feel privileged to be staying there. At £69 it is a bargain. Other places will charge more and have a outdated or functional... more

I loved the Parr Street Hotel, it felt very bohemian. And as most have pointed out it doesn't feel like a traditional hotel, its much better! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is so close to local bars and clubs. The parking isn't a problem as there is a secured car park in the next street.... more

We booked this hotel as a last minute break to Liverpol. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very contemporary and were clean and well laid out. In fact the room was massive compared to normal hotel standard. It was in a really good location and close to all the major... more

My boyfriend and I were driving back from Scotland last Sunday and decided to stay over in Liverpool for the night (bf is a long lost scouser) I found the hotel through Late Rooms and it sounded a bit different to the usual Holiday Inns/standard plain and boring stop over hotels. I called the hotel and spoke to a lovely... more
