I had booked afternoon tea here to get the atmosphere of the Beatles as we were only in Liverpool for one night. The hotel, which is in the central of Liverpool, is a great place to go to soak up Beatle mania! We had a five minute wait for our table, which was fine as they apologised for this. We... More

We loved the Beatle history here! When we arrived there was a broken down bus double parked at the entrance so it was difficult to park our car. No problem. The young lady on reception organised for the concierge to take our car to the overnight park, and then she upgraded our booking to apologise for our trouble arriving! Everything... More

Best location imagineable at the top of Mathew Street. This glorious hotel is classy yet comfortable in the extreme and terrific for true Beatles fans although a gorgeous boutique hotel even if you are not. Breakfast is not cheap, but it is lovely and in wonderful room filled with pictures of those who appeared on the Sgt Pepper album. Rooms... More

Overall, this hotel is perfect for many reasons: it's a great central hotel with easy walking distance to the main shopping areas, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and equipped with pretty much everything you need, the staff are very polite and helpful, and the breakfasts were great. For a Beatles fan like me, it is located right around the... More

We stayed here a few nights ago and were really impressed. We wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were so comfortable. The front desk service was impeccable. We can't wait to return. The restaurant, however, was understaffed. Hopefully it was just a fluke.

Just returned from a 2 night break at the Hard Days Night Hotel and we had a great time. The hotel is very nice and not at all tacky. We had a couple of issues with the rooms but they never stopped us having a great time. The initial room we were allocated had scaffolding outside the window and when... More

Had a great stay on Tuesday 19th August, enjoyed afternoon tea and the Beatles themed cocktails. Hotel is very tastefully done and deserving of the star rating. The staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating, we enjoyed sharing a laugh and joke with a few of them. We enjoyed breakfast although the music could've been cranked up a notch for a... More

Impressed with the lobby and staircase areas with Beatle photos etc. Stayed in a deluxe room on 1st floor but was expecting it to be bigger including the bed. Mattress was not 5 star quality for sure. Cleanliness was an issue for which should be improved, the lobby staircase in particular looked like it wasn't vacummed for sometime. Little things like... This is a really fun place to stay if you're a Beatles fan. I was nervous that this hotel would be tacky or "Americanised" but not at all. Very well done, lots of nice little Beatles touches throughout the room which gave it an understated charm. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly in providing recommendations of local restaurants and shops... More
