Arrived at the Print hotel at about two on Saturday afternoon after nearly a seven hour journey from Essex.The welcome at reception was lacking in any warmth and the minimum of details about the hotel were given and no personal pleasantries at all.In the room the only details were the evacuation procedures.Nothing about Liverpool and just the hotels brochure.
