I've seen better... more

my stay here was atrousious. the reception staff was not helpful and was very grouchy. We darent stay there again due to their rudeness. also even though the place was clean the actual building was awfully dull and gloomy. more

The beds were very soft and warm (expecially after a couple of nights of camping in various places!) and... more

The Worst Hotel in the UK...without doubt. I am a well travelled man through following West Ham United and England ...and i have stayed in many places that are poor. They looked like the Peninsula in Kowloon compared to this place. The building was once owned by the Salvation Army...but closed down due to the poor state of repair. Its... more

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as all other hotels in Liverpool were booked - they probably knew this and thats why they charged £90 for the night. First impressions were ok and the receptionist seemed friendly enough. We asked her if the reviews were as bad as they said to which she replied ' well its not... more
