Very Central hotel .Staff very Helpful.across the road from Liverpool one .The room was ok had tea and coffee in the room .As flight was early hotel provided an early breakfast.thanks again to the staff

This is a lovely hotel right in the centre of Liverpool the only reason I havent given an "Excellent" is that our room had "non opening" windows so was quite hot - that said a fan was supplied. stayed here the beginning of July and we were very surprised. The hotel was clean, receptionist was very nice and helpful and our room was lovely. I can not fault the hotel at all and will definitely be back. It is bang in the middle of city centre so is ideal

Nicely decorated room, very comfortable bed and very friendly staff. When I read some reviews complaining about the decor I did not expect much, but the room had been refurbished to a high standard. I can not comment on the food as I did not eat there.

Stayed with my grown up daughter for 2 nights. Luxury double room was lovely although a tad small. Toiletries were very poor; only supplied with a 1/3 of a bottle of refillable shower gel stuff along with hand wash. For luxury I expect better. Visiting relatives and got recommended this hotel. Glad l was as the place was spot on. Bedrooms nice and modern and ordered room service for me n the lass. Service was excellent will be staying here next time we visit.

Stayed here one night last month and was impressed with the bedroom and how nice the staff were. Stay was pleasent enough rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Will stay again soon thanks to everyone at Sir Thomas Hotel.

I stayed here on a midweek business trip. I must say what a find the hotel is great rooms are lovely staff are friendly and they have really good priced menus in the restaurant. I got a 3 course meal for 12.95 really made up this hotel is great.
