This is one of Liverpool's little gems close to shops and a short walk from many of Liverpool's sights. The hotel is situated very close to everything we needed and not far from Lime Street Station. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and tidy a little dated but everything you... More

I had a fantastic weekend. Friendly reception staff, rooms nice, clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities, always nice.Cleaners left them lovely while we were out. We decided to avail of Steak night which was excellent as was the glass of red wine. I could not fault my stay and shall return. There were a contrast of ages around us,... More

Very disappointed that we didn't stay for longer at the Sir Thomas Hotel. What a fabulous hotel. Right in the centre of Liverpool, Good sized room with 6 foot bed and 50inch TV.Spotlessly clean and adequately furnished. Service from arrival to leaving was exceptional throughout our brief stay. Breakfast choice and service was also excellent. Only criticism if an,y was... More

Stayed here for 1 night on the 7th October. It is literally smack, bang in the city centre so it's a perfect location. The bar and restaurant area is very nice and we had a good cooked breakfast there on the morning we left. The staff are very friendly and look after you well. The room we had was comfortable... More

Stayed here with 3 couples and found everything really great,. Our room was on the 1st floor with big sash windows but unfortunately they were ceased closed with paint and 1 only opened about 4 inches which made the room very stuffy,,no ventilation in the bathroom or curtain and even though it was a fogged window it was a bit... We stayed for three nights at this hotel. It is in a good position for walking to most of the restaurants and famous land marks. The rooms are very basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable with good power showers and coffee/tea making facilities with nice luxury biscuits. There is a large bar and restaurant. The continental breakfast included is perfectly... More

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location was fab, very central. I wasn't impressed with the room as it was on a main road where buses drove past all through the night so there was a lot of noise. The room was also very warm with no air conditioning, only a desk fan which made even more noise. Parts of the... More

We planned our trip to Liverpool to be spending time in Cavern club quarter, and this hotel fit the bill. Overall the room and service exceeded my expectations. Large comfortable room, we got a triple room, three singles very spacious (especially compared to tiny room I had just had in London), very clean, no issues at all here. Wifi and... More
