I stayed at this hotel with my husband and two children (4 & 1) and can't fault the place. On arrival reception called up to make sure that a travel cot was ready in our room and all the staff were very friendly. What a lovely hotel in a great location, right on the Docks. A short walk to Liverpool 1 which is well worth a visit. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Stayed in a few hotels in Liverpool and this hotel is surprisingly good. Food is the same as all Premier inns and again the food was of a good quality and price... just if you stay in hotels allot, it;s the same menu as another premier inn down the road. Check-in was really busy, but very polite and helpful staff clamly worked their way through everyone.
