If you want a modern hotel, with all mod cons, then look elsewhere. There is plenty to choose from, and all much of a muchness. This place is different. Let's start with the building - it's just wonderful. A beautiful Victorian Gothic hotel just a step away from the Three Graces. Fairly quiet too. It was clearly given a high-quality... More

Loved the place, lovely staff really looked after us, would totally recommend and revisit! We were given a apartment across the street which was perfect for our needs! Miles better than any chain hotel, far better value for money. A short walk from Liverpool One, but there's a Banksy on the way!!

Stayed here for one night last week and was disappointed. The hotel was old and dated. The bedroom was very dark and the decor was out dated. The bathroom was okay but the shower was just a trickle of water. It was close enough to the centre to walk to the shops and restaurants etc. Upon leaving the following day... More

We visited this venue for a wedding and popped in the next morning with a card containing cash for the wedding couple having forgotten to bring it with us the night before where we were staying at another nearby hotel. Within a window of 30 minutes, the card and cash were stolen from the staff room and despite a police... More

Thank you for your review. We recommend all cards and presents are given to the Bride and Groom directly as we have no facility to lock them away. Our receptionist asked there was anything of value in the card and was told no, and that it was fine to be left the with other items in the unlocked staff room.... More

Brilliant location to the centre of Liverpool, (10/15 minute walk away). On arrival we arrived about an hour before check in but was still able to get in our room. The staff were really pleasant. The room itself was small but very nice and had everything in that you would need and more. The bathroom was fantastic with a modern... More

A great building out side and inside, fab atmosphere. The wedding meal and seating is so lovely, food is great, the drinks just flow, the disco was very good, plenty of dance floor, hotel rooms are good and brill for staying over the night at the wedding, had a brill time, I would recommend The Racquet Club Hotel for people... Found this hotel on booking.com and knew it would be to my liking from the photos shown. It was exactly as We hoped it would be. Staff were welcoming, bedroom was quirky, bathroom had a lovely roll top bath and was well cleaned and maintained 😊 couldn't fault the hotel at all! Would definitely stay here again! 😊

Guests at a party. Staff were very polite and helpful. Function rooms appeared tired and a mish mash of decor. Lacking of atmosphere, although the guests made it a good night. Food was perfect. Drinks cost, as per what you would of expected to pay being a hotel in liverpool. In our opinion would not put it as a 4*... More

My brother and sister-in-law married here. It is a splendid, characterful and stylish venue which made for a special and perfect day for the happy couple and all the guests. The building, interior and location, a stones throw from the Liver Buildings is stunning. All the staff provided a first class, organised, professional and friendly service. Each of the bedrooms...
