Only 10 minute walk from Lime street train station. Great welcome on arrival and staff only too pleased to offer help with sightseeing, eating out etc. Hot food available to order (no dining room). We had a room on the top floor (6th) so reasonable view out (small window). Basic storage space - shelf above small clothes hanging area so... More

We stayed at Travelodge hotels plenty of times, but we never experienced anywhere such a rude receptionist on arrival like at this hotel! When we asked him to borrow a hairdryer he basically replied no, without giving any reason. Everything seemed such a trouble for him. When we arrived to the room we straight away saw massive blood marks on... More

We had intended to book the Dock's Travelodge and booked this one in error, but it was perfectly fine. REALLY FRIENDLY staff - particularly the lad from Durham who works there. Basic Travelodge rooms, but for £35.00/night what do we expect - cleanliness for one and they certainly delivered. Parking directly across the road too. Would I stay here again... More

When I book a Travelodge, I know I'm not going to get luxury, but in general you know what you're getting. Since they refurbished a number of their hotels the beds have hugely improved. This Travelodge in particular is handy for the centre of Liverpool. Staff are polite and the hotel is for the most part clean and in good... More

We stayed in a family room number 513 and it was not of a standard to let anyone sleep the night. 3 beds instead of 4, Fourth bed delivered with a badly stained mattress and no mattress protection. Beer stains all over the bedroom ceiling. Bathroom flooring to shirking vinyl was coming away from the wall and all fittings badly... More

Stayed midweek for one night. Location good and room clean. The room was basic but for the price that is to be expected. The road outside is loud but as soon as you close the window that disappears - it's not an issue unless you want the window open. The room had everything I needed except a working tv -... More

The location of Travelodge is perfect for a trip to Liverpool. Close to Lime Street station and short walk into the shopping centre. We went with the purpose of shopping and visiting the Docks and had a really easy time getting around. The room was well maintained and clean etc. as was the bathroom. The big problem that we experienced... More

Don't go near the place. Travelodge have become one of the worst providers. They will charge you £10 for arriving early, don't do breakfasts anymore and their wifi sucks. The shower looks like no one has checked the sealants for years.
