hotel stay was great very clean and tidy 9/10 downside was all the people been allowed to come in and use toilets for a 20p charge so we had to queue behind non paying guests and roads were closed due to the visit of the 3 big ships so we had to walk to it from station room wasn't cleaned... More

Stayed here just after the 3 Cunard ships had visited so I am sure the hotel has been very busy. However, I found the standards had slipped. Front reception staff were frosty on check-in and one of the lifts wasn't working so I used the stairs. The stairs hadn't been hoovered or cleaned for ages. The room was excellent although... More

This is a great basic hotel overlooking the beautiful dock area near the Pier Head and Liverpool One, central for all the attractions. The check in went smoothly and we were in the room in minutes. Only downside is that there was nowhere to leave the luggage before check in at 3 pm. It was the Three Queens weekend so... More

It's a newish Travelodge and pretty standard in a good way,it is what it is. The let down for me was the Travelodge pitiful selection/amount of tv channels( no film 4 😠)...the ncp car park is a 4 minutes walk away but carrying a bag it seems longer. The staff are friendly and there's a cafe' bar if you like... More

Very friendly and serviceminded staff and a really comfortable bed. Clean rooms but there was a bit weak pressure in the showers. Only reason I didn't give this place a 5/5 was the very expensive WiFi.

super very helpful staff that set our room up for 4 when visiting this weekend for a hen do. They kept their cool even when very busy. On a downside the bathroom smelled strongly of mold although none was visible it might have been due to the extractor fan not working.

Booked the hotel last minute and after having not stayed in Travelodge for several years I was curious to see how they have improved. Room, was good, albeit a little warm, but an electric fan was in the room on arrival. The breakfast was very good. And finally, a good location. Well done Travelodge, I'm impressed.
