Was dreading staying here after some of the reviews but turned out to be the best accom I have stayed in. Ideally located excellent value for money. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly.

No hot water through out our stay- so no shower or bath, broken chair in room which i nearly fell off, smelly sewage smell - like farts when we walked in (nice!!!!). Surprise surprise the lift was broken, the apartment stunk, no toileteries,no hot water, windows filthy, kebabs & burgers strewn all over the stairwells which was never cleaned up. It's in a great location and the room was very good but staying on the 5th floor and a broken lift I would never book these rooms again, there is plenty of hotels and rooms in the area.

I've stayed in The Block apartments twice this year already and have absolutely no complaints. The car park is ideal being at the side of the reception and offers discount for guests.
