When we stayed at this hotel the room was very good ,very clean and the staff could not do enough for us. I have stayed at this Crowne Plaza a number of times, especially when the City centre one is full. This should be a really nice hotel close to the airport. Public areas are smart and rooms spacious and well appointed. It is five minutes in the courtesy bus from the airport. Perhaps we were unfortunate compared to others but we were let down in a number of areas which can only result in it being given a poor rating.... more
