Very good hotel situated in an Ideal spot in Liverpool just across the road from the Albert Dock and handy for the town centre which is within easy walking distance. Above review says it all. Clean smart, well kept hotel with friendly, efficient staff, exactly what one wants in an hotel!

we explored Liverpool for the first time recently and stayed at the IBIS. A perfect location and a good clean hotel with excellent facilities and helpful staff. an added-bonus was secure all day parking at a low cost. Breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of choice. Liverpool we ill be back and probably use the Ibis again.

after returning from a one night stay at this hotel i was not happy, the room we had smelled terrible from the extractor fan which was very noisy filtering greesy kitchen smells into the room, this was mentioned to the very unhelpful woman on reception who said there was no fan even though you could clearly here and smell it....
