Customer service is terrible at this Ibis. I sent an email and made FIVE telephone calls in the space of a week, and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond - booked elsewhere in the end for this very reason. more

great location and even better staff! all very polite, welcoming and helpful. all with very positive attitides and clearly loving their jobs...no wonder there were so many people of all ages enjoying the bar on one evening and all very smart in dress. nothing was too much trouble and that also goes for the cleanliness of the room... totally spotless... more

I don't really class £84 a night as a budget price for a room without breakfast but below budget is what you get. I agree with the last reviewer.
