We stopped at this hotel for 1 night in early July and everything about this hotel was really good. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfy and plenty of room for storage. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we arrived late and had already eaten, however we did have a couple of drinks and the atmosphere was really... more

Stayed a couple of months ago to visit family nearby, were very pleased with this premier inn!! was just what we wanted for a weekend visit. Arrived to a very friendly lady on reception and then were allocated a great room on 2nd floor (i think!) bathroom was a little bit of a squeeze and smelt a bit damp, but... more

Stayed last november for 4 nights and even though hotel is not in city centre access is very good. Train station only 100 yards away and bus stop outside door. Restaurant is good value and meals are of a good standard with the kids well catered for . rooms are clean but with 2 rollaway beds space is a bit... more

Stayed at this hotel as part of an overnight football trip. Staff from check-in to check-out were extremely friendly. The morning waitresses were great, in good spirirts and service was excellent. The food at breakfast was also of a high quality. Defiinitely recommend for a short stay. more

My Dad and I have just spent 6 nights at the Premier Inn (Roby) while my Mum was in hospital at Broad Green for a heart operation. The hotel was fine but the best thing about the place was the staff. The staff were great. When we booked our rooms, the hotel was full for the middle night of our... more

Arrived at 5pm on a Tuesday night, with partner and two children. Greeted at reception by a polite and proffessional receptionist, and made our way to our room. The room we were allocated was huge! Plenty of room for our 19month old baby to run around in, it was very clean, and tidy, and adequate bathroom, with all we needed.... more

Premier Inn - no frills - does exactly what it says on the tin. Stayed one night awaiting flight from John Lennon Airport. Room was okay nothing special. Did not stay for meal in pub next door. It was okay, but that was all we expected. more

My wife & I stayed at this Premier Inn in order to see the Paul McCartney concert that night at Anfield, Liverpool. The hotel is only 5 miles for the venue so it was well situated. Upon arrival we were greeted by a few hungover women hanging around in the reception area & were concerned that this might be a... more

Very easy to find just off the motorway and about 20 minutes drive from the ferry port on a Monday morning. We were staying over on way to Isle of Man. Arrived late so didn't have dinner here but pub restuarant looked good and very friendly reception. Secure separate car park for hotel guests. Large family room with double bed... more
