Great location just a short walk from Liverpool Lime street and very close to town. Rooms are nice and just perfect for a one night stop over. Didn't have any food so cant comment on that. Staff all really friendly and helpful would recommended this hotel

We had my sisters baby shower afternoon tea at the Feathers on Sunday. Had a lovely day. The room was nicely decorated with balloons, candelabras and white lace table cloths, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was brilliant. Overall it was a great day and I would definitely have another celebration there! All of the girls... More

Brilliant location of hotel, rooms were small but perfect for Afew nights stay and as a base when going on nights out with friends. Clean and friendly staff. Would stay again if we came to Liverpool as it was right were we wanted it! Carpark at the rear so that you can park your car for the night!

The room was down a flight of stairs, along a corridor and up another three. It was much too hot inside so I had to open the window, which exposed me to the rather rowdy street below. On the up side, the breakfast bar is quite nice, even if the service is a little slow. While I was waiting in... More

Appalled at the customer service at Best Western & The Feathers at the low level of service we received at our work Christmas party. After sending a letter of complaint to Best Western Customer Services Head Office and then being told to email Sean Brady the Regional Operations Manager which I had done twice with no response, neither Best Western... Staff were friendly and helpful. The "hotel" is an architectural disaster particularly if you are disabled. Serious need of modernisation is needed. It is dark and dingy, narrow corridors, horrible old carpets. Reminded me of a rabbit warren. Shower water pressure was good but the bathroom was old and of questionable hygiene. Fingerprints over the light switches, TV and TV... More

Although an old building with no disabled facilities the hotels staff are second to none, nothing is too much trouble for any of them. As a disabled person my visit was made to be just as comfortable as any one else.grab rails would be a great asset outside and jnside .the restaurant is down stairs a great disadvantage for me

Booked a last minute room here for £45, for an executive single- I think the big difference is getting a (wonderful) 4ft bed, and dressing gowns. Room was very small- tiny- but as a single traveller in all honestly it was perfect, didn't need any more room. The bath/shower worked very well, whole place was clean. Friendly staff and I... More

Clean, a bit old fashioned in its decor but that's part of the charm! The hotel is in a very central location. One thing I must highlight is the receptionist, in terms of customer service she was excellent. Myself and my daughter were travelling from Northern Ireland, we had never been to Liverpool before, she was friendly, smiling, able to... More
