We spent two nights in the family room with double and twin beds. Room was spacious with the only issue being a bit more road noise than I would like. It is close to center city so couldn't really complain. Breakfast was restaurant quality with lots of choices. Would happily stay again. Both reception and dining room staff were wonderful.

Just a five minute walk from Lime street station. nice friendly staff especially Pauline who always made me smile. The rooms were comfy with everything you need. The breakfast was lovely very filling. A great little hotel at... More

I have just spent three delightful nights at this Hotel. On my arrival, I was met by Pauline who was very polite and welcoming. I have a slight mobility problem and it was no trouble at all to take my case up to my room. The room was a single en-suite, spotlessly clean, a lovely comfy bed, well equipped with... More

I was then abused by the receptionist who told me it was my fault I didn't organise alternate accomidation. Was left out on the street with no advise on finiding a new place to... More

Great central hotel for the centre - 5 minutes or so walk. Rooms comfy clean and warm. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Good choice for breakfast - always well cooked and piping hot. I would have no hesitation to recommend the hotel.

Hotel was convenient to get around Liverpool and people there were friendly enough. Breakfast was good and hot. Room was of decent size and plenty of room for the two of us. The only reason I don't give it an excellent rating is because we could smell mold in the bathroom. I'm allergic that mold and was thankful that I... More

Great hotel . We had a lovely room with one of the comfortable bed and pillows that I have slept in. The room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of things to have for your breakfast.

This hotel had extremely friendly helpful and pleasant staff. The room was well maintained and comfortable. The breakfasts had a wide choice, were very well cooked and there was plenty of it. The location was central for all we wanted to do. Parking was close by.
