This hotel is a gem. How it does it for the money is a mystery. Friendly staff, superb food, comfy beds and a great location. Made to feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. When visiting Liverpool wouldnt use anywhere else.

My wife and I stayed for two nights Sunday/Monday We normally stay near the dock but thought we would try the Georgian quarter. We arrived at the hotel for 13.00pm as stated on the receipt to be told the room was not ready and to try nearer 14.30 when I questioned it the reply was we have had a home game... When I first booked this hotel for the cheap price, I thought it would be a little mediocre 2* b&b type hotel. This turned out to be more of a 4* hotel with a 2 star price. A small 10 minute walk into Liverpool City Centre, 10 minute bus ride to the 2 stadiums, what more could you want! Wifi... More

This hotel was great. The location is excellent, being close to Lime St Station, the city centre and the docks, too. The room was a great size, plenty of room for two and as clean as you'd expect. The staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was very tasty. There are lots of pubs nearby, including the lovely Philharmonic,... More

We spent two nights in the family room with double and twin beds. Room was spacious with the only issue being a bit more road noise than I would like. It is close to center city so couldn't really complain. Breakfast was restaurant quality with lots of choices. Would happily stay again. Both reception and dining room staff were wonderful.

I have just spent three delightful nights at this Hotel. On my arrival, I was met by Pauline who was very polite and welcoming. I have a slight mobility problem and it was no trouble at all to take my case up to my room. The room was a single en-suite, spotlessly clean, a lovely comfy bed, well equipped with... More
