not too good, not too bad- ok if you are used to "no service please we're British" otherwise it is overpriced. Holiday Inn and other chains are far better value. The staff were really friendly and helpful, but the room was small and in need of updating, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was freezing cold, the shower was pathetic and the pillows were flimsy.
