I stayed here, in a twin room, for the weekend of the Giant Spectacular. The location is good, a short (10 min or so) walk to the city centre. The restaurant on the ground floor leads out on to the waterfront and it's possible to eat and drink outside, which is very relaxing - although we didn't try their food... More

Booked this hotel last minute during a very busy weekend in Liverpool , the price we paid reflected this , hotel is budget , rooms compact to say the least and the smallest bathroom I've ever seen but the room was spotlessly clean and well equipped , the staff very friendly and welcoming . Had a meal in the bar... More

This hotel was an absolute bargain, with free parking too! We stayed two nights and it was better than some 3 star hotels we've stayed at in Liverpool before. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Having a room on the second floor, overlooking the water, we had a beautiful view as well. The... More

For a budget hotel we were delighted with the hotel, and the staff. Room was clean and functional, small bathroom. Only let down was the fish I had for dinner was a little dry and why I didn't rate it excellent, but the chicken melt was divine. What shone for this establishment was the staff. A special thanks to Dave... More

the dolby hotel is only a 5 minute walk from liverpool 1. the staff at the hotel are really friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. the rooms are lovely and clean a bit on the small side with no clothes storage and the bathroom was tiny., it,s alright if your only staying a few... Took a chance on this one but nicely surprised. Very friendly staff and good clean hotel. Room was basic but had everything needed. View from the room across the dock to the watersports centre. At the price would be really pushed to get better. To seal the deal free parking.

Well placed on the waterfront. Close to Albert Dock and L1. 15 minute walk. The reception is nice and a small bar and dining area where breakfast is also served. The rooms are of average size with most of what you need. Better provision for putting clothes away would be a good touch. The main thing that let the room... More

This is a hotel that has it all apart the bathroom. Its clean. The location is great. The food is very good and the staff is very helpful. But the bathroom is so small. Its a caravan style bathroom. Clean but can't move in it. If you are a big fella (I am not) you have no chance to have... More

I'm living here for work, the hotel is ideally located, the rooms are ok (very similar to etap). The staff are great but the food is poor. The selection of drink is very poor with only one draught lager which is constantly flat. Overall is ok.
