This is a small hotel and is very reasonably priced. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable with ruthlessly efficient cleaning staff who really seem to care. The breakfast was excellent and ample , there is no way you could leave the table hungry. The greatest attribute of the hotel is the staff , from the manager down they... More

i stayed in this hotel for 3 nights back in january, the room and hotel in general was clean and there was info available about local attractions. The room was a good price for the 3 nights, we had breakfast every morning which was brilliant a wide selection was available and it was good quality. Its in an ideal location,... More

Recently stayed here for the one night with my partner to explore the city. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the waterfront and a short walk away from the city centre. With the price of the room, free parking and free wifi - you cant really go wrong! However, the rooms are slightly on the small side... More

Me & my partner stayed here for just the one night & for the money we paid it was excellent value. The staff were exceptionally friendly, restaurant was lovely & the food was fantastic! Beautiful view of the docks too. Free parking & Wifi were also nice little perks. Although the rooms are small (especially the bathrooms) it is more... More

Nice staff and ideally located, the hotel was very clean however there was loads of noise from people walking in the corridor, the en-suite is really small and tight, not ideal for people with a disability or with balance problems.

Obviously a former E-tap hotel in the style of the rooms, the floor could do with a good hoovering is the only dig I've got but all in all cheap rooms, good value restaurant food and drinks, free parking and wifi and with in walking distance to the city centre, what more can you ask for?

We arrived late on the Friday night after landing in Liverpool airport & couldn't wait for sleep! The ladies on reception were brilliant. Check in was quick but with two heavy cases we were disappointed to learn there was no lift so after dragging our cases up two flights of stairs we were greeted with the smell of cigarette smoke... The staff are polite se of the time. We stayed at a weekend and on Saturday night at 9 we got a noice complaint and all I was doing was drying my hair! The walls are paper and tiny rooms! The shower floods and the heater dosntwork!

The Dolby hotel is right on the front of Liverpool docks approximately 5-10 minutes walk away from the Albert Dock, Echo arena and the main shopping centre. It is clean, warm, has great, friendly staff and the beds are very comfortable. The night was spoilt by noisy residents talking loudly and waking us up several times, very annoying, so thanks... Me and my partner stayed here when going to Liverpool for his birthday. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Room was simple. But really comfortable bed! Nice location. Would stay again. Only downfall is the bathrooms could do with updating as the shower is really small. But that was the only fault. Thank you for a nice stay.
