Don't quite recognize this hotel from previous reviews. But you do get what you pay for. The bedroom is just a touch larger than a cross channel ferry cabin with bathroom to match. The bed was reasonably comfortable, the night was quiet, (Riverside) with no middle of the night entertainment, The bedroom was clean. The food was basic but adequate.... More

We paid £85 for a room here and were disappointed with what we got for that. The rooms are small and so are the beds. The rooms are also very basic. I'm not expecting luxury for £85 but I wasn't expecting a room that was so basic and uncomfortable at that price either. The nearby Ibis hotel is £55 a... More

Ok so on Google it says budget hotel and as the saying goes "You get what you pay for". The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful, attentive to all our needs. We was situated on the second floor its only downside being that there was no lift and we had suit cases. We stayed for two nights. The room... More

Marginal 3 rating, salvaged only by a decent breakfast. You get what you pay for but this was basic. Good things - staff friendly enough and check in and out was quick and efficient. Breakfast - well cooked and plentiful (£7.50). Room - basic, shower - poor. Noise from outside was terrible all night so made it impossible to have... More

Although the room & bathroom were very small everything was very clean & all facilities were available. There was a lounge area to go to if more room to relax was needed however we went to look at the Liverpool attractions so spent very little time in our room except to sleep. The meals in the dining room were lovely... More

This budget hotel is in a perfect location for whatever your travel reason, with only a 10 minute walk to the Albert Dock and surrounding areas there is no need for a taxi. The hotel fully catered our requirements with a good clean room and all the necessary facilities required for an overnight stay. Free parking was a bonus and... More

Stayed here for a conference on the docks. Very good value for money. Comfy bed. Allowed you to keep your car at the hotel all day after you have checked out. Light and airy room. Reminded me of my old uni halls room mind you. Bathroom could have been a bit bigger. My shower didn't work properly, spurted out everywhere... More

Small, utilitarian riverside property in L1.Only 2*, but well worth a stay. Excellent value for money. Usually stay in 4* hotels right in centre, but our son booked us here.Best breakfast We've had in Liverpool. Freshly cooked, no long hours on a steam table. Room small but immaculately clean. View of the river. Very quiet. Very pleasant riverside bar and... More
