We were put into a room with a nice view and decided there and then to extend our stay in lovely Liverpool! The hotel room was lovely and clean, the bathroom tiny, but usable, the staff friendly and the meals very nice. Albert Dock was a short walk away and a cheap cab ride to the city centre. I dearly... Didn't really know what to expect but surpringly I was quite impressed. As others have stated rooms are pretty compact but extremely clean, I've paid alot more and been less impressed. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Overall can't fault my stay.

From the minute we booked this hotel, the whole experience was faaaab. The rooms are compact but very clean, location great, breakfast lush, staff pleasant and helpful. They even decorated Dianes room with banners, balloons very tastefully. We also had a young lady with special requirements that required late checkout for her convenience , this also was not an issue. Thanks... More

I first stayed here 10 years ago when my son was younger. Returned with my Granddaughter and it was just how I remembered it. Rooms small and basic but a perfect no frills place to stay. Food is again basic but very reasonable.

we booked for I night for a room for 3 people. the room was small but was spotlessly clean and well-equipped and we thought it was excellent value for money. it was conveniently located for the docks and town and having on-site parking was a bonus. if you only want a room for a comfortable nights sleep as your out... We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights using it as a base for the open golf. The room was adequate with a window overlooking the dock. The bathroom was very small with a shower behind a curtain. Breakfast was ok but limited. We found that some items were not restocked on the 2nd morning. Qe didn't eat in the... More

I stayed here, in a twin room, for the weekend of the Giant Spectacular. The location is good, a short (10 min or so) walk to the city centre. The restaurant on the ground floor leads out on to the waterfront and it's possible to eat and drink outside, which is very relaxing - although we didn't try their food... More

Booked this hotel last minute during a very busy weekend in Liverpool , the price we paid reflected this , hotel is budget , rooms compact to say the least and the smallest bathroom I've ever seen but the room was spotlessly clean and well equipped , the staff very friendly and welcoming . Had a meal in the bar... More

This hotel was an absolute bargain, with free parking too! We stayed two nights and it was better than some 3 star hotels we've stayed at in Liverpool before. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Having a room on the second floor, overlooking the water, we had a beautiful view as well. The... More

For a budget hotel we were delighted with the hotel, and the staff. Room was clean and functional, small bathroom. Only let down was the fish I had for dinner was a little dry and why I didn't rate it excellent, but the chicken melt was divine. What shone for this establishment was the staff. A special thanks to Dave... More
