StAyed a few times normally don't give a bad point but rooms on the main road side are awful can hear traffic really loud. Cleaners don't help chatting and laughing loud outside rooms at 8 in the morning not nice when need to stay at hotel for a relax and get a lie in. Cups for tea r tiny think... More

My mum and dad had a party booked for 23.1.16 as mum was 80 and dad 85. But on 19.1.16 dad was taken to hospital and was told he had pneumonia so unfortunately we had to cancel party. first visit to this hotel after being recommended by family. During our stay the hotel is Undergoing extensive renovations. This cannot be helped and the hotel certainly needs it. My daughter's wedding was held at the Park in December and everything went off beautifully thanks to Lizzy, Graham and especially the wonderful staff! We have stayed in the Park lots of times in 2015 and spent 2 nights during new years. They had a party night and it was brilliant. The customer service at the park is absolutely fantastic. my son had his wedding here and it was amazing, also we have ate here many times and food is fantastic and great value, we are going for Christmas dinner just like last year, staff are very helpful, no rushing you out even though it gets fully booked , great place to stop over if visiting Liverpool :)

not a bad hotel a bit overpriced,the rooms need a makeover,broken tiles in the bathroom,broken trouser press. the bedding in need of replacing,quilt paper thin,a very comfy bed.the major down no heating in the room,a very good breakfast,served by good staff.

We have just stayed at the Park Hotel for 2 nights 21/22 Nov and although we didn't spend much time in the hotel we can only say positives about it, we stayed on the second floor at the back of hotel and was nice and quite we asked the maid best way to go to the city she couldn't have... More
