“One night enough”

Booked this through KGB location is awful. Staff at the hotel very friendly but rooms are basic I assume they are making efforts to enhance decor after reading other reviews, but we had a very basic room. I can see this hotel progressing with some money spent on it but they will never be able to change the area.

Had a one night stay for birds of a feather with my 24 year old daughter. Would say the devonshire is basic but adequate. The rooms with en suite are clean and basic magnolia and white. Upon arrival you feel like you are in the most run-down part of Liverpool. “birthday treat to anfield”

“House of horrors”

Feet stuck to floor in reception, funny smell to entire hotel. Rooms very basic, in need of a Hoover, dusting and TLC. Heating not working, bathroom questionable Breakfast was at tempered but awful (not edible) Would definatley not be going back.
