Ideally located for Lime Street station, this is an affordable and easy place to stop overnight on a long journey; however, It's a no-frills hotel. The basics were provided, as stated on the website and in the booking, but with some unwelcome complications. There was only one socket in the room (above the bedside table, nowhere near the travel kettle... More

I visited this hotel between October 23rd and October 27th 2014. I was very impressed with the service when I first visited this hotel in July. I was impressed that the level of service remained at a high standard. Some hotels give a high standard of service to get you to book again. Not this hotel. The standard of service... More

The room were ok with two beds (a small and a large one), a tv, a shower/wc, a kettle and coffee/the. The breakfast was adequate with juice, coffee, the, yoghurt etc, but no eggs or bacon. Staff is freindly and helpfull (I was by mistake charged twice, but it got corrected, when I approached the receptionist in the morning). There... More

I stayed here with my sister for a girls night out on Saturday 1st November. The hotel is very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect for spending time in the city. Bars, restaurants, clubs and shopping centres are all in walking distance of the hotel. Car park in secure public car park... More

Clean basic hotel perfect as a base for exploring Liverpool on a budget. There are notices everywhere advising you to let the staff know if you are disturbed by noisy guests and that if they don't heed warnings, they will be expelled! Also, the lift can't be used between 10pm & 7am so as guests aren't disturbed by its noise.... More

Rooms are more cheap b&b than hotel, very noisy, very narrow corridors looks a bit like a prison in areas. Shower room nicer than the bedroom, good tv, shame about the rest! Didn't try breakfast even when included cost due to lack of confidence with cleanliness
