This hotel is currently being refurbished but this didnt affect the quality of our stay. Our twin room had two very comfortable double beds, a massive tv, plenty of tea and coffee and even the bathroom was supplied with toiletries and huge towels. The inclusive continental breakfast had plenty of choice and everything was replenished before it ran out, staff... More

Stayed here on a overnight visit. Was handy for train station and Queen Square Bus Station which was what I needed. The hotel was ok just a little tired. I think for one night it was fine but wouldn't want to stop here any longer. Our room was small but clean. No problems with the bathroom. Was quite cold in... More

We booked this hotel because it was next to the O2 Academy and our first choice was fully booked. It was fairly cheap but had good reviews, so I was expecting cheap and cheerful. Oh, how stupid of me. This was genuinely the most depressing hotel stay of my life. The room was tiny and desperately in need of a... More

I got a cheap room at this hotel and in the lobby, I thought I'd got a bargain. The room was a bit disappointing though, quite basic and a little shabby. It had an electric heater which was really noisy but I had to leave it on at night as it was so cold and the bedding was minimal for... More

My husband and our friends stopped at this hotel a couple of weekends ago. All the hotel staff were so friendly, especially Tommy the night porter amd Tommy the manager. The room was mice and cosy, westopped in the loft area. The hotels location was fab. We will be back in the summerwhen the QE2 docks. Fab place and fab... More

The room was average sized, a bit tired but not bad. i did not find it too noisy but every time someone opened the fire dor on the... More

Never stayed here, I'm usually in a chain hotel. It's well located, next to Lime Street Station. The family room I was in was well sized with a decent bathroom. The shower was excellent unlike so many hotels. Clean and tidy. All in all a good place for a night or two.

Ideally located for Lime Street station, this is an affordable and easy place to stop overnight on a long journey; however, It's a no-frills hotel. The basics were provided, as stated on the website and in the booking, but with some unwelcome complications. There was only one socket in the room (above the bedside table, nowhere near the travel kettle... More
