Always looking for a human approach, when I travl I really enjoyed this place, where the night auditor, the director and his assistant were always smiley, very friendly and gave me plently of good suggestions. Rooms need renovation but you can feel the effort in everything they do. Will chose it again as I will go back to liverpool. more
