Hotel Indigo was an enjoyable stay, Hotel is obviously still new which affords an excellent position in Liverpool very close to everything. Reception staff very polite and welcoming we stayed in an executive room which was brilliant. Bed was very comfy as where the pillows, everything you could of wished for was located within the room. WiFi was fast at... More

Despite being a modern design-driven hotel this is a place where style does not triumph over substance, Not only does it look great, it also knows how to look after its guests. The rooms are a decent size, very well equipped, scrupulously clean and come with a ridiculously comfortable bed. The staff are all really friendly and efficient, the bar... More

Lots of plus points about this hotel, staff really friendly, food excellent, rooms spotless and the shower was wonderful. Free stuff in the minibar a nice touch. Let down by the bedroom doors which bang shut realy loudly and rather small rooms. Couldn't get the tv to switch off completely which meant that the room was too light for me... More

The best aspect of this hotel is the service. The staff at check-in, the cleaners, the reception at breakfast, the wait/bar staff in the restaurant and the staff in the cafe were all excellent and really understand their business. The rooms are impeccably clean and modern. The overall ambience is great. The breakfast buffet was good - the selection was... More

We have never slept in till 10am in a hotel (and was in bed at 10pm the night before! Luckily Saturday breakfast is till 11am. The usual choices of self service cereals, fruit, cold meat and cheese and a hot english breakfast buffet selection. All very nice. There is no car park at the hotel it's just round the corner,... Kiwis on Tour Stayed at the Indigo during our recent stop-off in Liverpool while traveling throughout the UK. Hotel room and en-suite, although a little on the expensive side was worth every penny. Staff were great as was the location. Roomy, modern and brightly colored in every way. Very highly recommended+++

Stayed in this hotel on our second night in Liverpool having spent the 1st night at 62 Castle Street (see separate review) It was a complete contrast! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early at 11am and expected to have to leave our luggage but were allowed to check in immediately. Room was very modern and 'funky' and... More

I have recently stayed in this hotel as a present for my 40th Birthday. I was very pleased with the excellent service from the moment I entered the building we were greeted and escorted to the booking in desk by a gentleman who was very interested in our stay. The interior was amazing throughout the building which was reflexed in... More

I experienced Hotel Indigo as part off a hen party. We were all really pleased with the origional and fun style of the hotel. Soooo much better than a boring Holiday inn/Travel, and probably cheaper. All the staff were courteous and helpful including providing a city map (and marking our desired destination) and were also tolerant of breast feeding. The... More

This is the first indigo hotel I have stayed in and I was impressed. The check in was wonderful and really welcoming, one of the best I have experienced . The room was nice but on the small side, but tastefully decorated and a free minibar. The location is great and easily to walk to most central area's. Breakfast was... More
