Definitely the most stylish hotel I've ever been to. The room was immaculate; it was super clean. The facilities were fantastic too. The decor of the room was very modern and I really liked it. The bathroom was great with the complimentary products and enormous shower. We had a great stay. We didn't have breakfast because we went to Moose... More

Stay here regularly on business. Location is great for city centre sightseeing, rooms are funky and well furnished but a little small. Service is always good. Restaurant fine for breakfast, in my opinion it lacks a special ambience for evening meals so I often use room service.

Chose this hotel for a two night visit to Liverpool as it looked a bit different to the usual run of the mill chains. It's in a prime position as the Waterfront, Museums, Albert Dock, City Centre, Liverpool 1 shops and the ferry are all within easy walking distance. The hotel has a parking arrangement with the Capital car park... More

I stayed in this 'four-star' hotel recently with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary and couldn't have had a worse experience. We paid just shy of £300 for a two-night stay in an upgraded room - which was quite frankly dirty and dangerous. We discovered a large, disgusting and sticky yellow stain on the floor around our toilet area and... More

I think the best part of this hotel is the staff and the breakfast! Danielle & Nicola couldn't do enough for us and we were only staying for 1 night. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Rooms are lovely though small. Our one could have done with a lick of paint and the top of the net curtain on... More

I stayed here on a sunday night in March - and had a room on the 5th floor. Check-in was prompt and friendly. I parked at the NCP opposite the hotel for just over £10 for the overnight, on checkout I was told the hotel had an agreement with a different carpark around the corner which would have been slightly... I stayed in Room 225 for one night as a Birthday treat. The decor, facilities and location are all great. However, the event was spoilt by an all night drone from the water pipes. The response was nothing could be done (at 1am). In the morning at check out, the response included apologies, plus the offer of something from the... More

Indigos are generally 'quirky' but nicely so. The Liverpool one on Chapel Street is really very good. A short walk from the ferries and Albert Dock as well as the town centre it would be difficult to be more handily positioned. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent. Car parking is available close by.

Cannot fault girl on bar late 21/03, went above and beyond call of duty, first class service! . Shame about man on reception late 20/03. Enquired as to why minibar did not include alcohol as stated and he was rather blunt to say the least..... not quite the customer service expected but the remainder of the staff were fabulous. Restaurant... More

The hotel is modern, quirky, friendly staff! However - very noisy, walls are paper thin I could hear the conversations from next door! I could hear when they used the shower and flushed the toilet! There is also no bath, very disappointing! Rooms are very very small not much room around the bed! However bed was very comfortable! Restaurant was... More
