One night stay, trendy, boutique style hotel Good location for the city center. Staff extremely charming. Hotel spotlessly clean throughout. Parking nearby ( Capitol car park..down the side of the hotel, get ticket stamped at reception for discounted rate..we paid £7 for one night..car park is staffed all night and quite secure) Room was very small, possibly the smallest I've... Firstly, hotels in Liverpool are expensive at the weekend unlike cities like Birmingham which are generally cheaper at the weekend. Liverpool has an under supply of hotels. This is why Indigo isn't cheap, but nowhere else in the 'Pool is. Its fairly funky & stylish, good rooms, cracking shower, it fronts up well. Its location is a slighly drab financial... More

We stayed here for two nights as Hard Day's Night was full. We booked an executive room, and paid two different prices: £140 on the Monday (the night Liverpool happened to be playing) and £110 the next night. Staff were nice and helpful and let us check in early, but the room was a real disappointment. Our room was tiny,... More

Stayed at the indigo hotel on a Saturday night. Checked in early around 12:30pm no problem. Rooms are quite small but are nice and modern. The shower is great too. Location is brilliant, a couple of minutes walk from Albert Dock and the town centre. Highly recommend.

Hotel is in a good location - next to the liver building. Staff were friendly without being OTT. Our room was ok. A trek to get to with no real view. The beds were very soft but the room was plenty big with every facility you could need. We would come back again but would avoid Room 227.

Booked package deal with the hotel for bed, breakfast and afternoon tea. Arrived fairly early (11.30am) and greeted by the friendly staff on reception. We were lucky to find our room was ready which meant we could go and freshen up before exploring the city. The lady on reception had given us a map and some information on places to... More

Stayed at Hotel Indigo for two nights and the service was excellent. The hotel is bright, fresh and clean and ideally located for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and very modern we were told on arrival that there were complimentary drinks and snacks in the room, which was a nice touch. We were surprised that these were replenished... Hotel clean, bright, good facilities in room, good location, friendly staff, delicious and great choice for breakfast. Most enjoyable stay. I left Liverpool 50 years ago and was returning for a reunion with 7 teenage friends. The hotel made the event even more memorable.

Stayed for one night for a family event this week. Cant think of a negative point, the hotel is very modern and clean. The room, although small, was lovely with great furnishings, air con, and everything we needed. The bathroom was ace! Little things please us, so loved the volume control for the tv inside the bathroom and the mirror... More
