Classed as a basic hotel but we were more than happy. Clean room, asked for view over dock which we got. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good, cooked to order rest self service and good choice. Ate a meal one evening. Simple choices but well cooked. Excellent position, we parked the car in the free car park and walked... My husband and I stayed here in July 2014. The first impression was good, the girl on reception was helpful and pleasant. My husband has walking difficulties so we were surprised to discover there was no lifts, anyway on entering our room we were pleased to find it was quite spacious and quite modern. The bathroom was clean but only... More

although a budget hotel the staff went out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. very close to the docks area and China town and within walking distance of the town center and Lime st station, we stayed 3 days over August bank holiday. room slightly small but as you only sleep in it it was ok

Due to a bad stay in another hotel the start to our first visit to Liverpool looked bleak, luckily this hotel had 2 rooms for us last minute at a great price. Great location, lovely staff. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed over at this hotel for 3 nights over the August Bank Holiday weekend whilst the Liverpool Music festival was on for a staggering £278 (no breakfast included) The room was very small in fact you could not swing a cat in our room. The room was grubby epecially the bathroom. All we had was 1 bath towel each... More

Location was excellent - less than 5 mins to Albert Docks and all the museums and restaurants Free car parking - seemed to be the only one in the area with this feature. Paid £44 for the night - at this price excellent value for money but if cost from £60 onwards likely to go elsewhere. Why - room a... More
