My husband and myself have just come back from the Campanile Hotel Liverpool. The hotel is in a fantastic location, a few minutes walk from the Echo Arena and the Albert Dock. The rooms have have everything you need, we had a good night's sleep, we never heard a sound all night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, at... more

I was in Liverpool for a conference at the ACC so the Campanile was very convenient. Rooms are basic and in a separate building from reception and dining area. The interior designer seemed to have a penchant for Artex - all walls are textured which is a bit odd. They are also a bit thin so noise travels. Breakfast was... more

I travelled to the city of Liverpool (a lot prettier than I thought it would be) for 2 nights, 3 days, to see all the Beatles related attractions. Hotel Campanile is close to them, is clean and nice, but it turned to be a little disappointing. The negative points: 1.- They let the menu in your room, they talk to... more

it is a basic hotel, decor is a bit dated, but its in a great location next to the albert dock and only 15-20 mins walk into town, some of the rooms at the abck of the hotel back onto the Mersey, in nice weather this makes a nice walk. Stayed here a few times with young people who we... more

The receptionist was friendly and made you feel welcome and pointed out the sites on a location map that they give you free. The room was basic as you expect for the price, but spotless and more than adequate for a short break. A buffet continental breakfast was complimentary and Ivan the waiter greeted everyone with a smile and kept... more

Stayed here for 2 night when in Liverpool for a football match. Arrived at hotel at 1.15pm and even though check in isn't usually until 3pm our room was ready and we were able to check in. Receptionist was lovely, very friendly. We told her we were going to get a taxi to Anfield and she called us to say that... more

Stayed fro one night whilst on business. Was only needing somewhere to sleep without paying silly prices and this place was ideal. Right on the waterfront (room overlooked the water - think these rooms may be quieter than front facing) and was pleasantly surprised never having used Campanile before. Room was fuinctional - clean bathroom, double bed, desk and free... more

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel there are plenty in liverpool but avoid this one. I stayed here with friends but due to complications out of my control (we booked through liverpool tourist office) We were told to leave and were lucky enough to get 2 rooms at the Dolby whose staff were way more helpful. more

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, the first time being 4 years ago. We arrived early so went to our usual £3.59 carvery which is just down the road in Dingle and then checked in at 2pm. The first room we were allocated was fine for us but on turning on the tv after a... more
