Not impressed with place . Yes , it's a budget hotel and you get what you pay for and it was fairly cheap , but, the fire doors were not shut at all , there are several in the corridor and they can be shut automatically at night , they were not . The room reminded me of a 1960's... More

Booked this hotel for a weekend reunion trip. All clean and tidy, room had usual tea/coffee making gear. Shower was hot and towels clean and plenty of. Location was about 10 mins walk from all of the nightlife/shopping. McDonalds across the room for cheaper breakfast etc. Bar prices were not exactly cheap, but who wants to spend all day in... More

Stopped here for one night, its clean, basics, tea coffee etc, room was very hot and as on the front of hotel very noisy with window open as on main road, but close to town, friendly staff, value for what we were charged which was £44 for the room from laterooms.com. Drinks are a bit pricy and lots of different... More

Its just what you need for a cheap night in liverpool, its not fancy, but has a bed tv toilet shower and tea making facilities and is in a good location. Stayed with uni pals for one night as we were visiting a nearby event and then a drink on the night and it was fine for what we paid.... More

Room was clean, staff very friendly. As you'd expect with a Campanile, the hotel was a little run down and could do with a tidy up. Toilet kept gurgling and making funny noises all night, shower had very little water pressure making washing long hair difficult.

This is a BUDGET hotel, people need to remember this before slating the place! For £59 on a Friday night in a city centre, it's not going to be luxury is it, but there was nothing wrong with the hotel. Firstly, there is plenty if free parking, which saves you a fortune (and aggro) compared to paying for parking elsewhere,... More

The hotel is only 5 minutes' walk from the main shopping area and St Albert's dock where all the more expensive hotels are located and it has the added bonus of free parking. The price is reasonable and offers good value for money but the rooms are a bit tired looking, and some attention to detail is needed e.g. we... More

Liverpool is renowned for its night-life and this seems to be one of the hotels that those going out on the tiles prefer and unfortunately we were there on a Friday night. The rooms are so tired and in need of love, the bathrooms dated. There seems to be no sound proofing and we had the worst night in a... More

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights from 5-10 July in room 25, we booked online and and got a very good price no deposit to pay,but were told to pay on arrival which was no problem as we knew what to do. The hotel accommodation is a few yards away from the reception which is fine it only... More

I was aware that this was a budget Hotel but never the less the overall standard was very poor. The room was extremely basic with a realy grubby bathroom with loose fittings and a terrible shower area that I refused to use. Free parking is a plus and reasonably secure. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly and were... More
