I've stayed at the marriot quite a lot recently and it's always a pleasant stay the staff are extremely helpful and friendly rooms are spotless and comfortable and your bang in the city centre only criticism is it's quite noisy if your above the bus terminus and food could be better but please don't let that put you off

Have stayed at the Marriott the last two years for Beatleweek in August. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Very conveniently located to restaurants and shops. It could use a bit of modernizing and refreshing. Will definitely stay there again.

Last minute decision to visit Liverpool on our way home to Edinburgh. Just a one night stay in this Marriot. Very impressed. Great staff, room and location. No problems with noise. Very pleased and will be back.

Stayed 2 nights at Liverpool Marriott.Staff were excellent and could not be more helpful. Room overlooking the bus stop, which was very noisy, asked if we could be moved, staff dealt with the situation with no fuss and were moved to a room overlooking the front of the hotel .If you want a good night sleep I suggest you do... Parking easy, staff very helpful and friendly, room large overlooking the city. Minor niggles, not sure how old the hotel is, but it just needs a little updating in terms of decor and the air con in room bairly cooled the room which had had the sun on it most of the afternoon. But quiet, great location for Albert docks... More

Excellent location if you travel to Liverpool by train as the hotel is just across Lime Street station. If you are flying in, it is about 7-8 miles from the airport. Its a lovely property, well maintained. Plenty of food choices nearyby, from Burger King to a Spanish restaurant. And if you want to do some cheap household shopping, there... More

We where invited to a wedding function a few days ago ...... The hotel seamed fine and the reception staff ok. The food served .... Tomato soup , chicken fillet with potatoes roast and mash with some vegetables, again was acceptable for a 4* hotel, while not being special. We where offered a small glass of red/white/rose wine with the... More

The staff at this hotel is amazing. We arrived very late at night and the night staff was pretty helpful particularly Paula. She was very energetic and helped us plan our tour of Liverpool. The location is great since it's near Lime Street Station, the museum and the mall.
