My mum and I were booked into the Marriot for two nights when we visited Liverpool to see the Jersey Boys show. We had booked a twin room through Booking.com only to be told at reception that they only had a double room left - no twins. This happens a lot through 3rd party booking companies apparently - you don't... More

My first trip to Liverpool. The staff and hotel made it for me! Clean, friendly and great location. The staff couldn't do enough. Reception staff and concierge especially. Breakfast was delicious and really varied. Thank you.

Went to the marriott for 2 nights where my boyfriend proposed to me. The staff pulled out All the stops to ensure it was really special. The staff were so friendly and the service was great. The breakfast was really nice and such a big range the bar food was really nice to and we even had it sent to... More

I have stayed at the Marriott liverpool in numerous occasions and have never been disappointed! The staff are friendly and helpful! The rooms are a lovely size especially the suite which is recommend it has its own lounge and lovely bath! The dos is an added extra although small things such as broken tiles and panels around the jacuzzi let... More

Stayed for one night prior to catching the train home so ideally situated. Very comfortable room, comfortable bed and small bathroom. Complimentary tea and coffee always appreciated! Surprisingly very few TV channels, just the main terrestial ones. Wifi is chargeable, £3.00 for 1 hour. Breakfast is buffet or al a carte. I had the buffet which was very good with... More

This Marriott is good standard hotel right in the centre of Liverpool (which is a great city to visit). However book direct with Marriott via internet as its the only way to avoid charges for the internet. Marriott really do need to stop charging for wi-fi and give it as a part of the facilities. They are way behind the... More

This hotel is located just a 100 metres or so from the Liverpool Lime St. Station. It is also just next to the largely pedestrianised central shopping area of Liverpool, and about 15 minutes on foot from the Convention Centre, Albert Dock and Merseyside. The hotel building isn't large - there are only 6 floors. Standard rooms are a little... More

I got to the hotel late on Thursday due to a 3 hour train delay from Edinburgh. You can see the hotel from Lime Street. I was checked in quickly and went to my room on tne 5th floor. The room was quiet and well appointed with bathrobes, slippers, water and sweets by the bed. The bathroom had a separate... More
