If you are looking for a central hotel at a good price this is a good choice, we got a bargain at £49 per night. The only problem was with the windows, there is no double glazing!! Stayed here for 2 nights after booking it as a mystery hotel on lastminute.com. Brilliant. Positioned next to The Liver Building with excellent view across the Mersey. Room small but had everything that you needed although not much storage. Ate in the restaurant which served good value food. All the staff very friendly and helpful.
