Stayed here in July and thought it was okay even when I was given a bed in a dorm I didn't pay for. At the time of booking a bed in a 10 dorm was 8 € and the other rate for the 6 dorm was 13 €. I thought okay, why not pay a bit more for a quieter... More

Awful place, 10 women in dirty rooms No running water, no showers working. Other ppl able to go in our room. Bloody joke, took ages to get our money back, ok if your a traveling person and don't care where you sleep. Not as described, should of spent the money on the inside and not a bloody garden

Some of the reviews here are really slamming this place, and while it's not overly nice, and not in a great part of town, it was absolutely fine for a cheap couple night's stay. Its a £3 cab to the city centre, the service was pretty good and the rooms and lockers were secure. I'm a 25 year old guy,... More

Have to say I checked out trip adviser after I had booked this place and really worried about what I had got myself and the other lads into. I was presently surprised however. The staff were very friendly and we very accommodating to our needs. We really just used this place as a place to sleep so I cannot tell... More

I stayed here on my birthday in February 2014, when we arrived we were abit anxious about the parking situation as there wasnt much space to park however we didnt receive any problems whilst parking our car there so we were happy with that service. Booking the hostel was simple and easy which made the service more pleasurable. The only... More

Worst experience of a hostel ever!!! Rooms are stinking with hairs on mattresses, dirt on floors, dodgy showers and toilets, no mirrors, staff coming and going to their room through YOUR room as they please. Manager on duty lying about CCTV. Pictures can be deceiving and are so when it comes to this place. Full of junkies and unhelpful staff.... More

If you enjoy living in a frat house, aren't bothered by a tray of hypodermic needles, enjoy watching home robberies from a window propped open by a vodka bottle, and don't mind random people living in the closet attached to your room, then you will LOVE the Everton Hostel! And this is only half of what my friend and I... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was fine for that I wouldn't want to stay any longer. It's a 20 min walk to lime street station ( if you are going to get a bus from like street to the hostel you need to go around to the side of lime street station- we didn't know this and... More

I brought a group of about 20 friends to Everton Hostel in April 2014. The standard of the rooms and facilities was what I expected and very good value for the cheap nightly rate, though there were a few issues: -There was an awkward situation of a heated argument between the manager and a staff member when we arrived; -We... Everton isn't exactly welcoming, being a little run down and filled with guys who are working/looking for work in the area, but despite first impressions, this place wasn't so bad and I ended up staying and extra night. The showers weren't great, with very little pressure, and the new member of staff who shared our bathroom on the second night... More
