The room was grubby, toilet had no seat, tap was broken, and shower was dirty and flooded. Generally found that the place needs a good clean. Even charged extra for use of towel. Very little choice for breakfast. I appreciate that the cost of the stay is cheap, but, at least the room should be clean and maintained. I would... More

The staff here are wonderful, upon arrival I was greeted and given a intro to the hostel - where everything is etc and what services the offer. I was then shown to my room upstairs and they offered to carry my bags for me which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The hostel is in a... More

Booked two months in advance, for my 21st birthday for 6 girls. Room was as to be expected for £24. Ensuite and 6 beds. Not immaculate but clean enough for a night out room. Have to ring days before going as they may not have your booking. Still had trouble when checking in. Very far from centre of liverpool. Took... More

Stayed here in July and thought it was okay even when I was given a bed in a dorm I didn't pay for. At the time of booking a bed in a 10 dorm was 8 € and the other rate for the 6 dorm was 13 €. I thought okay, why not pay a bit more for a quieter... More

Awful place, 10 women in dirty rooms No running water, no showers working. Other ppl able to go in our room. Bloody joke, took ages to get our money back, ok if your a traveling person and don't care where you sleep. Not as described, should of spent the money on the inside and not a bloody garden

Some of the reviews here are really slamming this place, and while it's not overly nice, and not in a great part of town, it was absolutely fine for a cheap couple night's stay. Its a £3 cab to the city centre, the service was pretty good and the rooms and lockers were secure. I'm a 25 year old guy,... More

Have to say I checked out trip adviser after I had booked this place and really worried about what I had got myself and the other lads into. I was presently surprised however. The staff were very friendly and we very accommodating to our needs. We really just used this place as a place to sleep so I cannot tell... More

I stayed here on my birthday in February 2014, when we arrived we were abit anxious about the parking situation as there wasnt much space to park however we didnt receive any problems whilst parking our car there so we were happy with that service. Booking the hostel was simple and easy which made the service more pleasurable. The only... More

Worst experience of a hostel ever!!! Rooms are stinking with hairs on mattresses, dirt on floors, dodgy showers and toilets, no mirrors, staff coming and going to their room through YOUR room as they please. Manager on duty lying about CCTV. Pictures can be deceiving and are so when it comes to this place. Full of junkies and unhelpful staff.... More
