had to wait about 10 mins for our room to be ready and the room was a little warm during the evening but apart from that i really enjoyed my sty and i would stay there again. Probably, the cheapest hotel i found in the city centre. Would recommend this hotel to a friend. more

Comfortable and clean hotel with helpful staff. Right across from Liverpool Lime Street train station and not far from Liverpool One and the Albert Dock. We stayed here because we were seeing a show at the Empire Theatre - 2 minute walk away. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean. Much better than I expected this hotel to be. more

Stayed here and found this an OK budget hotel - just a place to crash - not a place to get online and work in the evening. Do not get fooled that there is a gym, it's a very small room and the pictures are not clear, Parking is not fantastic as the hotel does not have a parking facility,... more

HIappy to make your stay so good here in Liverpool. Liverpool John Lennon Airport has now got a bus to the city centre every hour so it will make any future trips that little bit easier for you. Look forward to welcoming you back in the very near future.

Stayed at this location for 3 days and found it was close to everything. The Liverpool Lime train station is directly across the road and there is lots of shopping all around. 5 minutes to Matthew street and the Cavern Club and only about 15 min to Albert Dock. Staff was very friendly and helpful and although there was no... more

We are delighted the hotel was such a great base for your trip to Liverpool which sounded very hetic. It is a shame that you found the Beatles Story not to your expectations, they have recently won an award at the Mersey Partnership Annual Tourism Awards 2009 and are expanding into the Mersey Ferries Terminal, perhaps if we are fortune...

The hotel is just opposite the station (there are some works there for the moment so take the exit on the left side) so it is very convenient if travelling by train. The room was a twin room with 2 double beds and these kind of rooms are larger as there is also an office (see the photos). The breakfast... more

Once we had found the hotel(our sat nav wanted to take us down a pedestrianised street) we parked the car in the carpark next door and had to negotiate the steps with our cases to the reception. they were not very bright at the reception and although speedy, we were not told the number of our room or how to... more

I can only apologise for reception not informing you of your room number and directions to the lifts, however the room number is printed on the front of the key card and we find that some people do not want their...
