We had a lovely double room with a veiw over the river. Leisure facilities are great with a pool you can actually swim in! Had a lovely evening meal and the buffet breakfast was great. With 4 children staying over anywhere is more hassel than it's worth so we just arrived for breakfast which was splendid and free for children. Nothing out of the ordinary. Room service: good selection and prompt. Breakfast as expected, nothing special. Parking:£10.00. Friendly staff. My duvet cover had big holes and was dirty, I informed duty manager who apologised. The drains in bath and sink were blocked;hairs perhaps. Very central, we will be staying here again. More
