This hotel was rather nice. Staff was super friendly (especially one of the girls whom I kept talking to about the Beatles). Breakfast was AWESOME, coffee, cereal, croissants, fruit... Am priority club member so booked directly thru the hotels own website. Located centrally in the Albert Dock, the HI Xpress was better than some of the others I have stayed in. Look, this an HI Express. So you get good value, so-so service and a rubbish breakfast Apart from that, the hotel has an amazing location.
