I've read the negative reviews of the hotel and have to say I don't personally agree. Me and my husband stayed here for three nights and booked in advance so got a great price! Location wise there is a bus straight from the airport to Liverpool One which is a 5 min walk from the hotel!

this hotel is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of liverpool very clean very friendly staff who took care of every need breakfast was lovely recomend liverpool museum witch is close by to visit and cabin

If you are American this is not the hotel for you. This hotel pictures and reviews are decieving. Hotel is hardly accessible from the street. Long row of local taxis are lined up in front of the hotel 24/7 and blocking the entrance. No close parking - approx 10 blocks away. Lobby was too small for checking in. Front desk...

I am so sorry that you were disappointed with your stay in our hotel. I wish you would of give us the ooportunity to try and resolve any issues you may of encountered.
As we are situated in the city centre we always have taxis outside of the Hotel, many guests find this to be a huge convenience....

The location was excellent but if I had a car it might not be an ideal hotel as parking was a block away and loading and off loading was hindered by the taxi rank in front of the entrance. As I didn't have a car being next door to a subway station was very convenient.

Gald you enjoyed your stay with us. If you come by car next time there is a drop off point at the back of the Hotel, this will help for loading and unloading of luggage. We reccomend the Q park for local secure parking.

Great hotel! Very clean, tidy, stylish and cosy! The staff were very friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here! I only wish we could have stayed longer! But we'll be back soon : ) x

Great mid week break and had a really fun filled couple of days in a very colourful city. The hotel was well placed for pubs and quality restaurants, and amidst the best shopping arena in Liverpool.
