This place is awful, we booked two rooms. The first room was the quad room, well in the bathroom inside door handle was hanging off like someone had been pulling at it, the door had very clearly been hit a few times and covered. The wall pain was literally peeling off the walls. The beeding was damp and smely musty.... More

What a disgrace charged £99 for 1 night stay not including breakfast. The only reason we reluctantly booked it was because everywhere else was fully booked. The so called wine bar we were staying above wasn't even open. It was run down state of repair that looked like it hadn't seen a lick of paint since 70s. I advised my husband... More

This place needs to closed immediately, we arrived at around 12.30pm and stood outside for a while freezing, a while after someone turned up and asked the woman inside if we could go in as apparently it doesn't open til 2pm, once inside I was already regretting booking here, the woman asked for identification which I have never known but... I stayed with a few friends for 2 nights. The guy who checked us in was lovely, the next day a girl had replaced him who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not a bad location, sheets clean and place tide but grubby overall. Biggest problem was the girl on reception and her bad attitude :)

Stayed here with a friend for the night as we were having a night out. Asked a taxi to take us but he'd never heard of it! When we eventually found it the driver took one look and said "good luck with staying here!" We went into the bar and i noticed chairs and tables stacked up and at the... More

Room was clean and everything was hassle free. It's not in the most salubrious of areas, but seemed safe and the city centre is walkable in about 15-20 minutes. Or you can take a cab for around £3-£5. You get what you pay for in terms of accommodation, don't expect much more than a bed and a shower and you'll... More
