I stayed with a few friends for 2 nights. The guy who checked us in was lovely, the next day a girl had replaced him who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not a bad location, sheets clean and place tide but grubby overall. Biggest problem was the girl on reception and her bad attitude :)

Stayed here with a friend for the night as we were having a night out. Asked a taxi to take us but he'd never heard of it! When we eventually found it the driver took one look and said "good luck with staying here!" We went into the bar and i noticed chairs and tables stacked up and at the... More

Room was clean and everything was hassle free. It's not in the most salubrious of areas, but seemed safe and the city centre is walkable in about 15-20 minutes. Or you can take a cab for around £3-£5. You get what you pay for in terms of accommodation, don't expect much more than a bed and a shower and you'll... More

Without doubt the biggest craphole I've ever stayed at. If you want to stay in the middle of an industrial wasteland, with zero redeeming features, then stay here. The room itself smelt damp and musty, but appeared to be at least clean. But the absolute worst thing about this place is the most unfriendly, condescending "receptionist". I have never been... This place is like war torn Yugoslavia after a midnight raid. I was left with a mixed sensation of anger and relief. I feel like I’ve been robbed, beaten up, waterboarded, dragged up and down Dublin Street all evening and then chucked into a ring to go 12 rounds with a double team comprising of Mr O’Toole himself and the... Well... £29 is well over priced for this crap.. Where to start? The pictures look nothing like the building, the room or the area. The area by the wall is run down, deserted, windows smashed and weirdly quiet... Even for being next to the docks. The 'staff' were unhelpful and miserable.. Almost like we were a inconvenience being there. ID... More

I know all accommodation picks up battle scars (bad reviews) with nightmare customers. However, we didn't think the trip advisor rating would be so similar to others experiences. All we wanted a roof for the night not to far from town. From the start expectations were low at the £120 a room establishment. We arrived In liverpool by train and... More

The room was clean and comfortable, if a bit cramped for four people. An economical place to stay for visiting Liverpool. The bathroom was clean but quite strange. It was located in a no-man's land of some sail industry and plenty of abandoned buildings to lend a creepy atmosphere. That said, we had no trouble although it was like being... More
