Stayed there on the Saturday 18th April,paid for by my brother in law,for my sister's 50th,we had three executive rooms,the rooms were spacious and clean with ceiling to wall windows with a good views. Hotel is in an excellent location. Although I haven't stayed there, I met with several girlfriends for afternoon tea. I have to say is the worst I have ever experienced. The service was slow and unprofessional, we had to ask for everything, sometimes twice. Everyday tea and a very poor sandwich selection with hardly any filling. As for the cakes...... More

Arrived at the hotel at 11am after an early flight, the room was ready and we were allowed in. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. All of the staff were very helpful and polite. Great choice at breakfast. Great location to visit the whole of Liverpool city centre. Great stay!!

I emailed Liverpool Hilton last night, gave them 24hrs to respond before posting on here hoping to hear they would have taken some action. But no word yet. We always try and stay in a Hilton whenever we can - never fail to impress and Liverpool was no different. Impeccibly clean rooms, great service and ideal location just a short walk away from the shops. The bed was really comfy and we expereinced little noise. The bar has a nice atmosphere. Thanks for a great stay.

Able to check in and select room before arrival, saving time at the reception. Arrived at 0915, and to our surprise our room was available. Car park at reduced rate of £9.50 per 24 hours, need to get a voucher from reception before you leave. Internet doesn't seem to be free, but wasn't working anyway throughout the hotel until late...
