We emailed the hotel a few days before to ask if we could check in a little early at 1pm. The hotel replied that we could if rooms were cleaned but they couldn't guarentee it. This hotel opened 2 november 2009 and is a great place to stay! The location is super! Very close to shopping area and to Albert Dock ( a short walk though). The staff was absolutely top quality! Free internet for 20 minutes in lobby. Location is very quiet and You cannot hear any neighbours at all! Close to the bars... more

We stayed one night at the new Novotel in Liverpool for a short break. Hotel still got teathing problems. But as you would expect its clean and very modern. The location is great a 5 min walk to the centre.rooms ok but not very big , good bathroom with seperate toilet, . Overall not a bad stay but reception are slow at booking you in . more

Went with group of friends, took ages to get rooms for some reason. The staff were friendly but definately nervous all the time! I think they were constantly being watched by management.All the staff tried their hardest to solve any issues we had. The room was lovely, double shower no bath and the extractor fan didnt work in the toilet.... more

This hotel was in a great location, and the room was very clean and tiday (as one would expect for a hotel that had only been open for four days!). Breakfast was lovely, although the brand new breadknife provided to cut the bread rolls was so viciously sharp that I cut my finger quite badly - it is still painful... more
