Very good ,reasonably priced and good location. Went to see war of worlds at echo arena and only 10 main walk away. Local to train station too. Room was good size and clean, modern with comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Booked as a 2 night stay with family to visit Liverpool and was a little concerned after reading some of the negative reviews, how right they were!! The room was ok but we did pay more to get a bigger room, no sockets what so ever anywhere near a mirror so styling your hair is a real challenge, it seems... More

Good location . Staff were friendly. Apartments were a bit tired, some broken furnishings, found dirty socks. Other than that was a good stay for a hen do and for the price not bad. Would recommend bringing plastic cups for a big group as limited glasses etc.

The room was small but clean and shower was good... Now here's the BUT....I hardly slept a wink as it was SOOOOOO noisy! There were groups of drunken people coming in early in the morning....no problem usually but they were shouting so loudly and for such a long period of time it was beyond a joke. Then the same group... More

It was a great location in Liverpool for shopping.I was shocked about how organised the reception was when they told me that the chief was not there over the weekend and there would be no breakfast(I had already paid).this was crazy. The only alcohol beverages available was spirits.During the night there was a drunk woman knock at my door for quite... I arrived at around 11pm, check in was easy. I was provided with my keycard and also asked if I needed a taxi booked for the morning. The guy booked a taxi for me and informed me about breakfast etc. I stayed in a pod room on the lower floor which was small but suitable for my needs. The bed... More

Four of us spent two nights in pod rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful It's excellent value for money and in an excellent location We did have a small problem with the sink in one of the rooms but as soon as this issue was raised it was promptly rectified We did not eat in the hotel but... We paid £160 for the room and I cannot tell you how over priced this really was. We only booked this as it was really last minute and literally the only room left in Liverpool under £400. Although we knew upon booking that the room was without a window, we did not anticipate how extremely small and cramped the room... More

We have been a couple of times now with some friends after a night in Liverpool. We had the family bedroom and the room was great. Nothing too fancy but clean and tidy and well appointed with comfortable beds and a great shower. Would recommend this place to a group of friends. A great location also. Will be staying again!

The hotel is in a great location but the positives end there. Our request for adjoining rooms was ignored (despite these being available). On checking in, we were told that the rooms might not be ready because we were early (it was 1 minute before check- in time). Corridors were littered with glasses, towels and even a soiled bed base.... More
