Stayed at this hotel while attending the football. We arrived early and the room was not ready but we were able to leave our bags until later. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room, when we did check in, was clean and spacious with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There was no hairdryer in the room and when... More

Couldn't argue with the 45 pound price tag which got us a spacious, clean, fresh room bang in the city centre. The wifi worked (up to first floor only) and English-style breakfast is available for around 4 pound extra. I'd definitely stay here again

Came to this hotel after cancelling the Britannia Adelphi round the corner! Stayed in a pod room without a window! But was very nice and clean and could not complain for £36. Service is very good too!

I have never been to such a poor excuse for a hotel. From the vomit (and other unknown) stains on the carpet and bedding, missing (yes missing, as in the fittings ripped out) lights, the broken tv with a live cable sticking out of the wall, and the lack of any soundproofing from the windows. Despite the, admittedly very pleasant,... More

Where to start?... Having to climb over the toilet to get to the shower. Boyfriend hitting his head on the extremely low ceilings and having to crouch down to take a shower. Dropped the air conditioning remote down the side of the bed - when I went to retrieve it I found under the bed was full of rubble and... More

We stayed here last night (27th October) in a room without a window! Bargain price of £36. All you could need with a comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities and a en-suite bathroom. Very clean! In fact out room was still being cleaned when we arrived at 3pm. We took our bags at around 11.30 and left them at... More

Our second visit, we stayed after watching a band. We were given a triple room facing the front, so had a lot of space, and any worries I had about it being noisy were unfounded. Very modern, a pretty comfortable bed, TV, tea-tray, excellent value, staff helpful, our first choice for a value stopover in Liverpool.

Stayed at the hotel for my friends birthday night out... no staff around as they are too busy flirting or smoking! no sleep due to green lights in room and cardboard thin walls... fire alarms going off....no one to speak to on check out... and don't bother complaining about anything because they really don't care about customer satisfaction as long... I stayed as part of a hen party. The hen company we had booked through went bust & our rooms had all been cancelled by the hen company & we were none the wiser until we arrived. Michaela was so helpful & managed to get 3 rooms for us. She advised us on all the best places to go &... More
