I stayed here with three of my friends in August last year for two nights and we nicknamed the room cell block H. Luckily we have a good sense of humour and saw the room as a place to sleep only and didnlt really spend too much time in there. It's a hostel and don't expect anything more. The room... More

A group of us stayed here for a hen weekend - 12th to 13th May 2012. Rooms were small with bunk beds, we had 2 rooms one with 10 beds and one with 5 beds. I was in the 5 bedded room which had a lovely view of a matress, shoes and various clothing items which had obviously been thrown... More

To start with me and my friend needed a place to stay for the night as we wanted a night out round the town and wanted somewhere to get are heads down. We actually wanted to go into the Holiday inn but my friend had forgotten his bank card and only had cash and most hotels need you to provide... More

It is perfectly placed to visit the city, but don't expect much luxuary. A bed and breakfast, that's it. Fine people at the reception, hot shower, and a place to sleep. But also a lot of noise during the night, from fellow guests at the end of the hall.

Stayed here for two nights on a stag weekend when we went to Aintree for Grand National Day. For budget accomodation it is exactly what you expect. Standard bunkbeds (I was in a four man room), not the best shower but it worked, and a seperate toilet sink area. The lime green walls are pretty tasteless but it is just... More

Decent hostel centrally located. Staff helpful and accomodating. The beds were not good and it was very noisy.

Stayed last weekend for the Everton game. On the positive it is a reasonable location and quite cheap. Breakfast included was fairly decent and security visible. Staff were helpful and bus to airport nearby as is the rail station and coach station (10 mins away). Rooms are adequate but not overly clean. Carpet in bedroom looked shabby. The lift is... More

I organised a stag do in Liverpool and chose Hatters for our accomodation. The booking process was easy and I found the level of co-operation that you received from the staff was second to none. I've stayed in hotels and received much worse customer service! We had a dorm which was full with bunk beds. There was nothing special about... More
