Tiny and organized place, helpful staff, large kitchen, breakfast area. When you arrived we can leave your luggages in a random room that is open 24 a day. Next to all the facilities, every points in Liverpool.

Hatters is located in a very good area to move around Liverpool's downtown. The breakfast, wifi and the room we stayed were all good. I just think there should be a phone in the rooms to talk to the reception, because it was late at night and there were people running (??) in the hall and inside bedrooms, knocking at... More

To be honest I had never stayed in a hostel before this and was definitely a bit apprehensive but there was no need very clean and in a great location. Everything in walking distance. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was just because it can sometimes be noisy - Definitely a great choice for young people going... More

Booked a room for 12p but got a 4p, which was great. No curtains in the bathroom tho. Nice people at the reception who are happy to help you out. Building is quite old with an even older elevator. Decorated with lots of nice pictures and paintings brings a special atmosphere into the building. I was there during the week... More

Stayed here for one night as we were visiting the Everyman theatre to see a show. Great value budget accommodation. We had a twin en-suite room : comfy, clean beds; bottled water and biscuits provided; good sized shower room complete with towels. The breakfast was good and plentiful. What more do you need?
