On arrival you have to phone for number key codes to gain entry. Our room ( 7) was clean and warm and quiet, but was let down through lack of maintenance, e.g. Shower head blocked and hairdryer did not have a plug. Plus small electrical items had out of date PAT stickers. On phoning to complain, we were old that... More

Room 2, spacious even with a double and two singles, all comfortable. TV and coffee/tea making facilities. Bathroom is fine and two large cupboards. Parking for 2/3 cars on front, however also road parking just round the corner. Rooms are tired and some damage from previous occupants, but apart from that not bad. Area is fine, no troubles unlike some... More

Dont judge a book by its cover ., the outside of the Ullett suites looked abit drab but once inside that changes.the rooms was clean and tidy and quite well presented had a pleasant nights sleep. In a nice leafy suburb near Sefton park and taxis where only £6.50 ish for a two and a half mile journey to city... More

Old-fashioned, slightly shabby but quite comfortable and suitable for my purpose as it was very close to where my family live. I only stayed one night and it was really just somewhere to sleep, so other considerations are not relevant.

We were a family of 5 staying one night so family room was perfect. Heavy doors and excessive 6 digit codes for 2 doors made it more difficult than it needed to be. Good kitchen area for toast etc and fridge in room useful. Beds comfortable and very clean room. Parking in front could use some lines. Only fits 3... More

This is not a hotel, just a guest house, no reception, only a phone to make a call in case of needed . There is only two park spaces in the from garden (not a parking at all) . The area is not feeling safe or clean . The room floor was sticky, the furniture, windows and curtains were dirty... More

First impressions of the outside not good but inside was better albeit a little old fashioned . Was disappointed it wasn't manned . The room was very clean and the bathroom spotless . Again a little old fashioned in decor and it smelled a bit but can't decide what of , not really unpleasant . The headboard of one of... More

Clean beds and room, adequate for our needs, one of the windows would not close, thankfully it wasn't a cold weekend, from outside the building looks a mess, only looked like parking for three cars, sign not easy to spot from road. Bus stop just across the road was closed during road works but not too far to walk to the... More
