I booked the Ullet suites as a last minute deal as I was invited to go up with friends, I paid £80 for a double room, let's just say, it's not worth that. First impressions weren't to bad, although there is no reception or staff which I found a bit weird as every hotel iv stayed in in the past... More

I did, like others, feel uncomfortable about security. A snib or small lock on the inside of bedroom door would be just like most hotels have. The kettle lead was short which meant it had to sit on the floor. The fridge which although useful was a bit noisy during nighttime. Otherwise excellent location for me and plenty of buses... More

Toilet did not flush nothing done. Asked if another apartment available told no and hung up on. Internet did not work no access. TV poor quality old school. Cable kept falling out. Clean but not functional and not what was advertised.

We did not know that this was an unmanned building and were not given entry codes to the building or room. Hence we were quite bewildered on arrival. Another guest lent us his phone as we did not bring ours for a number of reasons. After a few attempts the call was answered and we were given codes. We then... More

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel for a weekend trip to Liverpool. We paid about £80 for the privilege, making this quite an expensive hotel. However, it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, and I am used to staying in budget hotels. We were aware that the hotel is unmanned, and this... More

We stayed here the night of Ladies Day at Aintree. My partner and I had one room, my friend and her husband the one next to us. From the outside it does not look grand or anything special, but inside the rooms were spacious, clean, with tvs, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and heaters. There were a few nice... More

We stayed here for a friends birthday as a couple. It is a slightly weird set up - you get emailed a security code to the front door and your bedroom door. There is no deadlock on the inside of the door - so whilst I am sure they change the code every day (??) I was a bit nervous.... More

I only booked the room in the afternoon of our Friday night stay. When we arrived we had a room at the front which had road noise. I called Reception (as it is an unmanned hotel) & they called back with a different room. I was impressed at the cleanliness and how helpful they were. For a basic room for... More

We stayed here for three nights last year, the room was basic, and in dire need of a bit of TLC....there were holes in the wall caused by the door banging into the wall.. the small TV did not work at all .. and worst of all we were on the ground floor and the windows were not secure they... More

I stayed here with my boyfriend for one night as we were up in Liverpool to see a football match. When we arrived at this hotel we were very disappointed, the garden out the front was overgrown, the front of the building is run down, there is no reception. The TV in the room was tiny and had poor reception.... More
