Arrived to be told that that Royal Quay apartment was not available. Had to trek luggage from car park to the Cinamon Building where we were reallocated.- kitchen was a health hazard (filthy,grease thick on the bottom of the oven),filthy dishes /dish towel and cultery / glasses had not been washed.Poor sound insulation too. This is a residential block, keys need to be picked up and dropped off (before 11am) from a location which is a ten minute taxi ride away. Bottle of wine in the room as advertised on Lastminute is non-existant, when followed up with the reception they didnt have any nor provided an alternative.
