The room was the best room i've ever encountered during my "budget journey" so far. The breakfast was also nice. The owner, Michelle & David is a very lovely, friendly and helpful couple. At the corridor they placed a series of photograph of younger David, when he built the house himself, needless to say, he did an awesome job!

Stayed here with 15 friends over the Aintree weekend. Was great service and excellent value. Rooms were just what we needed and the breakfasts were great. Michelle and David were brilliant hosts even when we were a little load. If your staying in Liverpool defiantly stay here.

Booked a triple room for a girls weekend and weren't disappointed. Excellent hosts, very accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Short taxi ride into Liverpool, at only £5. Will definitely stay again, and would bring the whole family next time.

What can I say, The bed was comfortable, I got a great internet connection and the TV was good. Couldn't ask for better service, David was very helpful and a great laugh. I would defiantly stay here again.

We booked a double bedroom ensuite the room is good for the money however we only had a toilet and a sink in our ensuite we had to use a shower downstairs which was abit annoying.
