We arrived to pick up the keys at 2pm being told they would not be available till 3pm(so dont expect them to be ready any earlier than 3pm) and then I was informed the electric was out in the apartment we were supposed to have, in Henry street, so we had been moved to Royal Quay which apparently was much better, we were even more excited, till we arrived with the key fob to get into the place and it didn't work! First the problem was finding the carparking space we had been allocated, blimey wot a chore, they are not in numerical order and it took us about 45 minutes to find it! I'm not joking, so rather angered and wanting to get into the apartments to get ready we unloaded and tried to get in the building, again another nightmare, the fob to let u in the front door was not working, we tried for a further half hour asking residents etc, who all said that fob was dis enabled,so we phoned the 24 helpline, continuously, no one picked up, after a a further half hour we resorted to going... more
