We stayed here for two nights as it was very close to our daughters uni accommodation. Our room was spotless and clean, every need was catered for, bed very comfy, room very warm and cosy and out host was wonderful. She even said our daughter could join us for breakfast in the Sunday if she wished to and she did... More

Stayed here recently with my wife and could not fault the place. It was clean, warm and comfortable. The price paid was also reasonable. This geust house is only a short walk from the city centre. Lovely landlady too.

Great place to stay for a special night in Lincoln. Always stop here if we get the chance to treat our selves as the location is perfect being a five to ten min walk to the shops and restaurants. The host of the Hollies is charming and we always thoroughly enjoy our breakfast in the morning. Good value for money,... More

The Hollies guest house is only a couple of minutes walk to the bars and restaurants on Brayford Wharf and only a further few minutes from the very nice pubs, restaurants and cafes on the "very steep" Steep Hill and Cathedral Quarter. The rooms are clean and it has a friendly and very polite owner who serves a lovely breakfast.... More

Just had a weekend in Lincoln with my wife. The Hollies is an excellent location to explore the city. Close to waterfront bars and restaurants and also shopping the high street. The guset house is quite basic but quaint at the same time. Owner was very pleasant. Breakfast was also good especially the sausage! Downside: TV's in the room are... More

Wonderful B & B. Location excellent and easy to find of the M1/A1. Only a few mins walk to the riverside bars and resturants. Lincoln Cathedral and shops a few mins walk in the other direction. Lovely comfortable room and good breakfast, friendly host and off road parking.

Fantastic city centre location, good value for money - rooms are a decent size, but most of all the owners are so freindly - answered all my questions about where to go in the city, even drew me a makeshift map to the cathedral. A really pleasant place to stay, and a hearty breakfast in the morning - a small... More

I stayed here for a boys weekend in lincoln. The hotel is justs a short walk from the rail station (about 10 mins) and the high street in lincoln. The guest room have authentic victorian plaster and iron coving to the ceilings and the decoration through out is of a very high standard. The breakfast is served in a bright... More

Fantastic Location - just few mins walk to the riverside! (by being a few mins walk from the centre it is not too noisy) Easy to find by car as is on one of the main roads into Lincoln so if coming from M1/A1 it is ideal. Lovely big clean rooms and nice owner. Car park is small but so... More
