I stayed here with a colleague for one night in May 2009. At £120 for a twin room it was definately overpriced. Our room was very hot and dated with cheap beds, mattresses and decor. Superbly located at the top of the hill, a minute away from the Cathedral and from the castle. We stayed three nights at £99 p.n. for a double room B & B. Ample safe car parking is available. This hotel is fabulously located right in the centre of Lincoln and is very well placed if you're visiting the city for leisure / tourism. I found the staff in the hotel to be fine. Lovely Hotel, ideal situation, wonderful shops nearby. Cathederal and Castle awesome. I suggest you take the guided tour in the cathederal, its free and the gentleman that takes it is very knowledgeable, in fact he has just completed a book on the history of the architecture of the building.
