This was just as I expected, clean, comfy, and well laid out. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I was disappointed when the cleaners failed to close a window, but sometimes these things happen, it was certainly fine the following day. The room was spacious and the bathroom a good size.

Stayed one night 12th April, for early morning appointment at Glenfield Hospital(ideal location for this).Exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn, good value, good nights sleep, good room standard(judging by mine) - if mine was standard can't see what other reviews are referring to ? Receptionist - Emma- was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful and equally attentive on checkout - a credit... More

We were up in Leicester visiting friends at the weekend, so decided to stay locally at the Premier Inn. We booked a family room (2 adults and 2 small children), for £57, and £18 breakfast (as the kids eat free). On arrival, the check-in woman on the front desk was very helpful and efficient, giving us the key and directing... More

stayed at this hotel for one night and was very disappointed with the food and room. The hotel is very dated and not up to the usual Premier inn standard . the food in the restaurant was below the normal standard you expect from a restaurant which is attached to a premier inn. if you like lots of grease floating... The 4 & 5 star reviews, in my opinion, need to be taken with a pinch of salt. It's ok here but this particular premier inn needs some refurb attention in certain areas and based on my experience there are some really noticeable noise transference issues on the ground floor, which I witnessed. Without harping on its a little grubby... More

The staff were friendly, efficient, helpful on the day and before when I phoned to check our two rooms could be next door to each other. Rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, fresh, nothing broken. Good nights sleep. Lots of parking, quiet location. Top notch. Thank you everyone who works there. Only down side is the restaurant next door (nothing to... More

I was very happy with our over night at the North West Premier Inn. Very comfortable room with very large double and smaller put me up bed for 15 yr old. Good restaurant employing helpful staff and serving good food. Good proximity to M1, easy to find and good parking - I recommend it.

The alarm bells rang immediately upon entry. This hotel is several years beyond a full refurbishment date. Sadly it was too late at night to change. As with all premier Inns the décor is the same which is good when it's clean and well kept (I stayed at Buckhurst Hill the week before and it was excellent) but this hotel... More

Me and my mum stayed here for one night after visiting Eden Spa in Nottingham. (We traveled from Manchester). We were very pleased with our stay, just as much as we were the previous times we have stayed. We were greeted by a lovely lady at the desk named 'Becky' and she couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We... More

The front desk staff here are very helpful, always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and warm. Always looked after here and is my go to spot in Leicester. Only downside is the Fayre & Square next door (not same owner), it's staff are horrible and food ordinary. Plenty of other places close by to eat though.
