Visiting area for a family wedding. We stayed 2 nights & booked 4 rooms, quad, family, double and a twin. All rooms were on ground floor, spacious, clean and comfy. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Evening meal and breakfast at Fayre and Square just opposite hotel was very good. The children well catered for and used the play area. Many... More

We stayed at this Premier Inn for one night, prior to disability gymnastics gradings. It was particularly suited to children as it was away from the main road and has play equipment and plenty of tables and chairs outside, at the neighbouring pub/restaurant. The menu there was extensive too

Some reviews might have put me off this location, but I needed to stay close to Ansty, so chose this site. First stay at a P.I., so was concerned. No need. Car park had lots of room. Reception were friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and tidy, the bathroom, equally. First night's sleep was good, second even better... More

This was just as I expected, clean, comfy, and well laid out. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I was disappointed when the cleaners failed to close a window, but sometimes these things happen, it was certainly fine the following day. The room was spacious and the bathroom a good size.

Stayed one night 12th April, for early morning appointment at Glenfield Hospital(ideal location for this).Exactly what you would expect from a Premier Inn, good value, good nights sleep, good room standard(judging by mine) - if mine was standard can't see what other reviews are referring to ? Receptionist - Emma- was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful and equally attentive on checkout - a credit... More

We were up in Leicester visiting friends at the weekend, so decided to stay locally at the Premier Inn. We booked a family room (2 adults and 2 small children), for £57, and £18 breakfast (as the kids eat free). On arrival, the check-in woman on the front desk was very helpful and efficient, giving us the key and directing... More

The hotel is very dated and not up to the usual Premier inn standard . the food in the restaurant was below the normal standard you expect from a restaurant which is attached to a premier inn. if you like lots of grease floating... The 4 & 5 star reviews, in my opinion, need to be taken with a pinch of salt. It's ok here but this particular premier inn needs some refurb attention in certain areas and based on my experience there are some really noticeable noise transference issues on the ground floor, which I witnessed. Without harping on its a little grubby... More

The staff were friendly, efficient, helpful on the day and before when I phoned to check our two rooms could be next door to each other. Rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, fresh, nothing broken. Good nights sleep. Lots of parking, quiet location. Top notch. Thank you everyone who works there. Only down side is the restaurant next door (nothing to... More
