Having booked this hotel I was initially concern about the proximity to the motorway, however this proved to be if no concern. The staff were very friendly and professional. Our quad family room was great, only draw back is the lack of a lift to the first floor. This proved tricky with a pushchair and numerous bags needed for staying... More

On the plus side, they had good facilities for disabled visitors and internally the hotel was quiet. They are not to blame for the noise from traffic but it is a factor for visitors to take into account. All double rooms are supposed to have a sofa bed: a) ours didn't and b) I am not at all sure how... More

Breaking a long journey, looking for a quiet comfortable night was delighted with the room and facilities. I understand that all the rooms were revamped recently - staff apologetic that reception still had a bare plaster wall so not quite finished! A very pleaant stop, room very nice indeed. Slightly off the track from M1 but directions were good and... More

Stayed overnight in January in a refurbished room that was extremely comfortable and provided me with the best nights sleep yet experienced in a Premier Inn. The room was quiet & spacious with a good bathroom and a TV that actually didn't need much adjustment before I got a naturalistic-looking picture! The outside appearance could do with a bit of... Really lovely hotel. Large beds and the room has just been renovated. The room is welcoming and not the usual budget decor. The bathroom are also lovely with baths and a great shower. They were installing new hairdryers when we visited and didn't have any in the room. The great thing about the room is that it had a 40"... More

Stayed for one night (a very late checkin at around midnight). Room 17 was very clean and smell-free. The double bed seemed a little small for us but nothing to cry about! Staff were all polite and cheery and I was even asked by a passing member of staff how my stay was, which was a nice touch. Only thing... More

Excellent stay, really enjoyed the time with family. Bed, pillows, all the rest was spot on, clean, fresh, new. A real treat. Table Table restaurant was great too. Had dinner and breakfast there - no trouble at all with our 15 month old baby and our daughter. A good family stay.

Great stay, excellent staff and a good evening meal and breakfast next door. The room I stayed in had recently been refurbished which always adds a little something extra. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stay at this hotel on a regular basis and have done so for the last couple of years. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful right across the board. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped especially now they have been refurbished to quite a high standard. The comments about catching scabies from one visitor... More
