I went to Leicester to visit relatives and was looking for somewhere reasonably priced with parking facilities. I was highly impressed with the level of service received at the hotel - the reception staff were friendly and knowledgable which was incredibly helpful as i was unfamiliar with the city. The rooms are much more sparsely furnished than their US equivalents. Quite cell-like but clean. Internet access very expensive (£10/day) and it did not work. On the positive side, the sensibly priced bar provided proper evening meals and the curry was home-made and excellent. more

I passed just one night during a business trip. Easy to find, easy to park and free of charge, very clean, warm welcome, quiet room, restroom with everything in operation. I paid 59 pounds for a two beds room, continental breakfast included. more

Not a bad hotel, however the constant negatives from the staff in hearing distance to guest's was very off putting, other than that i thought it was generally OK more
