3 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

I stayed 3 nights. You get what you pay for. It's quite small, so watch out for lots of luggage. but when I checked in back in June 2012 it was clean, staff was nice. The lobby was actually quite nice for about £30.00 a night!! I wanted to extend my stay and the front desk told me to book... More

Pros: close to the railway station (and thus the city centre). Cons: the bed is not firm enough -- it does not support the back well, which gives me lower back pain in the morning. Wifi is very slow, with difficulty opening facebook.

Basic hotelI ideal for short stay or One night. Personally found menu for dinner was limited so you wouldn't want to stay longer if you want to eat in. hotel near train station, curve Theatre and Y theatre oldest in town. Rooms clean fairly quiet and comfortable bed.

Short walk from the station... (passed the Premier Inn which to be fair we do prefer) so location so very good except for the main A road running right past the hotel. Only a short walk to bars and shopping district. Staff were all friendly and helpful (as we have found at other Ibis hotels we have stopped at as... More

This is a nice budget hotel and located next to the train station and within walking distance from the city center. Rooms are nice but there's little walking space. The drawbacks are they serve cold breakfast and the shower is really small.

Stayed here as simply looking for a budget hotel to crash in whilst staying in Leicester for an evening. It was exactly as I would have hoped for from a budget hotel - clean throughout, helpful reception staff, free wi-fi, good location and secure. There is limited on site parking but if you can't get a spot there is 24... More

We stayed for 1 night in April, although we paid for 2 nights. On arrival it's not clear that you have to go up one floor to get to the reception! Check in was fine but on stepping out of the lift on the 1st floor there were 2 loaves of bread strewn across the floor.. This was just before... More

I had planned a trip to Leicester and found price wise this was the most reasonably priced hotel not far from the city centre and conveniently just outside the main train station. The room was comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only minor issues I had were the wifi was slightly inconsistent and the air... More

This is my 2nd visit and must say I will stay again, the location being close to the town centre and literally next door to the train station is ideal (although there is no train noise) the staff are friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are spacious for a budget hotel and were also very clean, I...
