Hotel is of very poor quality. Extremely bad customer service with very verbally abusive and rude staff! Stayed there for 1night on the 31st January 2009 and could not get to sleep until the morning. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS AND DIRTY. Basic amneties. Would NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone! 0/10 more

If you are looking for an okay bed and average breakfast without having to pay a lot, this is the place. It is also fairly clean, and the staff is smiling, but incompetent. We were welcomed like old friends by all the staff. The nice gentleman on reception gave us a really lovely upgraded room for the same price which was really roomy and clean. It was lovely and quiet and the rest was welcome. The on-site indian restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food was out of this world. more
