Have just returned from a lovely 4 night stay at this B & B, Can not praise it enough. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable for our short stay. Hosts Gill and Angie made us very welcome and nothing was too much bother. The breakfasts were fantastic and plentiful, would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to return. Glenys,... More

Lets start with the cons- none And now the pros As a disabled guest we found everything to suit our needs, very friendly owner, large room great breakfast and the bed wow so comfy, on arrival we were asked of our interests and Advice was given on good activities. Very clean and with it only being 10 minutes away from... More

This hotel is clean and fairly priced, rooms are small but very clean. Good location for bars, waterfront and shops are only 5 minutes away. Owner was friendly enough, would recommend to people looking for a cheap B&B.

For value for money this small hotel is excellent. We stayed for one night and found the rooms although on the small side were exceptionally clean. We had rooms 6, 7 and 9. My brother-in-law and my daughter were going to a football game in Fleetwood, the hotel is close to the sea front giving easy access to the trams... More

For the price paid this was excellent. Room was spotlessly clean, room was a bit small (but for the price your paying its more than I was expecting) the owners were lovely and friendly. We travelled with another couple and they made us up a table together at breakfast. I have special dietary requirements and they could not have been... More

We only stayed for one night but that was enough.. Ok let's start with the CONS... - not a very warm welcome.. Was simple As, pay for the room, hers your keys and the room is upstairs to the bottom.. That's it! - tiny bathroom - no shower gel..,just one tiny piece of soap to wash hands, there was towels... More

It is very clean and comfortable , friendly hosts, great breakfast, not far away from the sea front and the Tower , we will hopefully be back , we might even consider bringing the other halves ?! Maureen... More

A friendly welcome on arrival by two lovely ladies Angie and Jill. We were shown to our room which was clean and warm, Although being a little on the "cosy" side everything you needed was there. The bathroom was quite cramped but did the job, but as it was basically a place to sleep we have no complaints. Possibly a... More

It does have a grandma's-house essence, and apart from the faint smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel and lack of car parking spaces i can't honestly fault it. The owners are lovely, we went for a night out so we weren't in the best shape the next morning but we had a full English complete with tea/coffee/orange juice and... More
