For value for money this small hotel is excellent. We stayed for one night and found the rooms although on the small side were exceptionally clean. We had rooms 6, 7 and 9. My brother-in-law and my daughter were going to a football game in Fleetwood, the hotel is close to the sea front giving easy access to the trams... More

For the price paid this was excellent. Room was spotlessly clean, room was a bit small (but for the price your paying its more than I was expecting) the owners were lovely and friendly. We travelled with another couple and they made us up a table together at breakfast. I have special dietary requirements and they could not have been... More

We only stayed for one night but that was enough.. Ok let's start with the CONS... - not a very warm welcome.. Was simple As, pay for the room, hers your keys and the room is upstairs to the bottom.. That's it! - tiny bathroom - no shower gel..,just one tiny piece of soap to wash hands, there was towels... More

Just returned from a two night break here with my sister, we could not have wished for nicer place to have stayed. It is very clean and comfortable , friendly hosts, great breakfast, not far away from the sea front and the Tower , we will hopefully be back , we might even consider bringing the other halves ?! Maureen... More

A friendly welcome on arrival by two lovely ladies Angie and Jill. We were shown to our room which was clean and warm, Although being a little on the "cosy" side everything you needed was there. The bathroom was quite cramped but did the job, but as it was basically a place to sleep we have no complaints. Possibly a... More

It does have a grandma's-house essence, and apart from the faint smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel and lack of car parking spaces i can't honestly fault it. The owners are lovely, we went for a night out so we weren't in the best shape the next morning but we had a full English complete with tea/coffee/orange juice and... More

We stayed here for one night to see the illuminations. That was the first bonus, no fuss about it only being one night. The location is excellent for Blackpool central, North Pier and all transport links. Very clean, bright little room, radiator that turns on and off and window that opened, so we got the exact temperature we wanted. Pretty... More

Stayed here on Friday 3 October, just came for a day/night away as it was my wife's birthday. There were 3 couples booked in rooms 6,7,and 8 (I think) As we had didn't have our kids with us we decided to get the train and make a proper time of it. This hotel is perfect if you're doing so as... More

Just returned from a 3 night stay with my husband. We were given a room on the first floor, which was very nice, the room was spotless, the bed very comfy and soft pillows! The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfasts were lovely all cooked fresh and they even had vegetarian sausages! There is parking available at the... More

Stayed for one night. Owner friendly and B&B very clean. However, room very small (barely big enough to be called a double) with only a small bar of soap in the shower and no tea or coffee. Breakfast good.
